I ordered from Square 1 Art in late November, way before the holiday deadline. But guess what? Christmas came and went, and I still didn't receive anything. I called them, and wouldn't you know it, they were on a break! Can't say I'm shocked though, their customer service is just terrible. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Just like the other reviewers, I'll never do it again. I ordered in November, and it's now January, and still nothing. It's sad because my 5th grader made a Christmas picture, and we needed the gifts before the holiday. He even said, "I made a Christmas picture, Mommy, because I know you like giving them as gifts." Here's some advice for future shoppers: take a picture of their art and make it on Shutterfly instead. It's quicker and cheaper with more options. I wanted to support the school fundraiser, but I'll just give the money directly to the school instead of relying on this company.

My experience with this company is just like the others - negative all around. My son's school gave us a flyer from this company, which sells kids' artwork on stuff like mugs and blankets. Obviously, my son wanted his artwork on something, so we went online and ordered some stickers (after shipping, we paid more than $17 for one page of stickers). We made the order in November, way before December 5th, which the company kept saying (in many order status/purchase follow-up emails) was the last day for our order to arrive by December 23. But my order never shipped. The company closed during the holidays, and even though they're supposedly open again now, they're not answering my questions and it's impossible to reach them by phone (their online chat is also never available, even during the hours they say they're open). The people running this company clearly aren't cut out for a business like this. Really disappointing.

I ordered online on 11/17 and paid extra for direct shipping to my house. I wanted to avoid my student carrying more things on the bus. They told me it would take 2 weeks for delivery. The first email I got on 12/18 said it would be delivered by 12/23. The second email on 12/21 said the same thing. Today, I logged in and saw that my items are still being made. How is this possible? They are out of the building from 12/24/31, but they are still taking orders. I wish I could show where the owner admits they worked hard to ship items to schools but neglected those of us who paid extra for home delivery. They deleted all comments and reviews on their *** page about products not shipping. I'm torn. I just want my money back, but it's my son's artwork on the *** and I was excited to receive it. I don't like leaving a review here, but since they deleted all other reviews, I don't see any other way to let others know about the issues many of us are facing.

I made an order in November , but I still haven't gotten the stuff I ordered. I talked to *** from customer services, and she said it was my fault for not calling earlier. I called in January, and they said my order was being worked on. I called, chatted, and left messages for three days, but I had to wait on hold for a long time with hold music. Eventually, I got transferred to voice mail, but now the voice mail is full. *** keeps saying that the problem is my fault, not the company's. I haven't gotten any response from the CEO, even though I left multiple voice mails.

I bought somethin' from 'em durin' my kid's school fundraiser. They never sent me one of the things I ordered. I called 'em up after a whole month of waitin', but still no sign of my package. The person on the phone said they'd send me another one. But guess what? It's been 2 months now, and I still ain't got nothin'. I'm tryin' to get my money back for the item that never showed up, but nobody's pickin' up the phone. The online chat ain't workin' either. I sent 'em an email, and someone replied sayin' my order was processed. But here I am, with nothin' in my hands and no way to contact 'em for a refund.

I ordered from them on 12/1, but it's now 1/7/22 and still no sign of my order. I paid for it in full, but when I called the number on their website, all I got was a recording telling me to go to the website. The website only lets you contact them through email. So, I sent them an email asking about my order. They replied saying they're really busy and I should just be patient. But then I got more emails saying the same thing, that they're still busy and I should be patient. I'm starting to think this might be a scam. I don't think I'll ever get my order. I'm even thinking about complaining to the school that's connected to this order.

On 11/12 I ordered $80 worth of stuff from Square 1 Art to get it sent to my crib. The school that was running the fundraiser already got their goods weeks ago. But I ain't heard nothing from the company except for some generic letter telling me to peep my email in a "few days" for a shipping update. They sent that joint on 12/10. Ain't nothing else been sent since then. They already charged my credit card, man. I bought all this stuff for the holidays, you feel me? The company even said that if we ordered by the fundraiser's deadline, we'd get it before Christmas. But I've been trying to hit them up like crazy, calling and emailing, and it's like they don't even exist. Nobody picks up the phone, they don't answer my emails, and their online chat ain't even working. Straight up frustrating, man.

I bought 3 things from this company on 11/12. They said it would come to the school by December 3. I only got 1 thing and 1 email saying I would get it by December 6. I haven't gotten anything else. On December 12, I sent another email and now it's December 16. Their website says I'll get a response in *** hours, but still nothing. On December 16, their website says they're open for chat and phone from 9-5 est. I called at 9 and got put on hold for over 60 minutes and the mailbox is full. Then I tried the online chat, but it's closed and it's about 9:30 est. I read the reviews online and they did this to a lot of other people too.

I got the wrong product from Square 1 Art and it's been a struggle to get it resolved. I've called the call center multiple times and had some bad experiences. They hung up on me and gave me false information. I waited for an hour to talk to someone, but they put me on hold until they closed and the IVR hung up on me on 12/10. I spoke to a manager named *** who said they would call me back on 12/7, but I haven't heard anything as of today, 12/16. Their chat option isn't working either. They promised on their website that shipping would be done by Christmas, but I don't even know where my stuff is or if I'll get it on time. If not, I want to cancel the order and get my money back. My order number is *** and I placed the order on Wednesday, November 10th. I bought 13 items and paid a total of $200.87.

I ordered Christmas gifts on 11/28. I tried calling the business four times in mid-December, but no one answered. I also sent two emails, but didn't receive any response. Finally, I managed to speak to someone who said the items would arrive before Christmas. However, just two days before Christmas, we received an update saying that the items were no longer guaranteed to arrive on time. They even told us not to bother complaining because they already knew it would be late. After New Year's, I requested a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. I've tried contacting their customer service line, but no one has responded. It's now mid-January (1/16) and I still haven't received my products. I did receive a shipment notice on the 13th, but I don't want the products anymore. I just want my money back for the gifts I had to buy elsewhere. I understand that this was a fundraiser, but if the products are a scam, I'd rather donate my $60 directly to the school. Next year, I'll recommend a different fundraiser to the school. I also understand that there may be labor shortages, but a company should still be upfront and responsive to customer service calls and requests. It's unreasonable that no orders from November have been filled by mid-January.

On 11/12, I placed an order with Square 1 Art. They deducted $97.74 from my checking account for the order. I ordered 6 items, which included 2 snowflake ornaments, 2 hand towels, and 2 adjustable face masks. However, I still haven't received these items as of 1/3/2022. I tried contacting Square 1 Art via email and voicemail, but I haven't received any response from them. Finally, on 12/13, I was able to speak with a customer service agent named *** from Square 1 Art. They informed me that my order was shipped and that they cannot provide a refund. I received an email with my order details, including the order number *** and the tracking number *** [protected] 509 37. However, when I clicked on the tracking link in the email, it directed me to ***. I contacted the local *** in ***, which is only 2 miles away from my address. The representative, ***, told me that this is not a valid *** tracking number and advised me to contact the local *** instead. So, I reached out to my local *** and spoke with the ***. They informed me that the order has not been scanned into their postal service for tracking. I also contacted the *** in Albany, ***, and spoke with the postal agent, ***, on 12/14. They informed me that the item appears to have been delivered to the *** distribution center and provided me with a Service Request Code: #***. However, no resolution has been determined according to the ***, ***. In my attempt to resolve this issue, I contacted the West Genesee School District, where the fundraiser originated, and they provided me with the contact information for the Square 1 Art Coordinator for the East Hill fundraiser order: *** ext 292. I left a voicemail message on 12/23 but haven't received any response. To make matters worse, my banking institution informed me on 12/20 that they have determined no error occurred and I cannot receive a refund from the bank for the *** (point of sale).
