They were highly recommended by a friend and before we did business we also checked them on the ComplaintsBoard.com. They were amazing! Every single worker was professional, polite, and very helpful. Even during phone calls and office visits they made me feel like my business was the most important thing at that moment. They did the work well and in a timely manner. I love my new roof and will recommend them to everyone! The cherry on top was that they even sent us a thank you package which included a water bottle, cookies, and a card with money off our next purchase with them!

Arry's is amazing with customer service, knowledge and prompt service. I had a roof leak and the leak was repaired the same day they came out to estimate the damage. Dave has years of knowledge and experience, and was a few minutes early (which is unbelievable in the repair/construction business). Based on the age of my roof, I was thinking I would be told replacement was my only option. It is a pleasure to work with an honest company that did not take advantage and sell me a new roof! I would definitely recommend that everybody call Arry's first.

Arry's customer service, skill in communicating with the customer and roofing expertise are fantastic. They could and should teach a class on how to effectively keep the customer informed about every step of the process, from e-mailing a photo of the salesman and his estimated time of arrival to following up with a call to inform us when the crew will be on property to complete the job. We've used Arry's Roofing for years and will continue to use them in the future. We've recommended them to friends and neighbors and, in fact, see their trucks in our neighborhood at least once a month. We wholeheartedly recommend Arry's Roofing!

Arry's was very professional and first class from our first meeting with Sean Drake through to the new roof being installed. A very positive and excellent experience. The office staff were excellent communicators and followed up on all steps to make sure we were comfortable with the process. The team installing the roof were meticulouse with their work and ensured that our house was kept pristine throughout, with minimum inconvenience to us. The icing on the cake was when our home insurance company conducted a survey of the new roof, could find no errors and gave us a discount on our premium. So, a big Thank You to Arry's and their people.

We shopped around and Arrys' price was competitive. We were in the market for a metal roof and were a little surprised at how long it took to install from start to finish but in post COVID days shortages in supplies and workforce affected the time frame. There were also issues with our gutters but Arrys made it right. No matter how many times it took for them to come out and fix the issues, they made sure we were satisfied. Nothing is perfect but Arrys sure strived to make us completely happy. Only complaint I have to date is that I am still finding nails strewn around the yard here and there from the demolition. But over all we are very happy with our roof

No need to hesitate going with Arry's Roofing ever. My adjuster with USAA agreed with Arry's assessment of my roof damage. The replacement roof was completed as scheduled. A neighbor, a former housing inspector, watched the entire process and said he was impressed! He said they did everything correctly and cleaned up after the job. Their employees were prompt, hard workers and very polite. Their site Supervisor kept my informed on their progress. Their Sales and office staff are one fine tuned machine... they stayed on top of the entire process beginning to end. Jason ( field manager) and Tyler ( field sales) were both helpful, responsive and great to deal with!

Arry's Roofing is a great company. My home owners insurance wanted for me to get a new roof, otherwise they were going to cancel my insurance. I did shop around, not necessarily for the cheapest one, but I was looking for quality. Arrys sales person came to my house, he arrived on time, explain to me the materials, the process and the guarantee. He was very professional and never pushy. I was running short on time with my insurance, they where able to squeeze me in. They fix a lot of rotten wood around my roof that need it. They got my roof done in one day which was awesome. Before they left they cleaned the area very well. I will definitely recommend Arrys roofing to family and friends. Overall the process was very pleasant.

A week ago I set up an appointment for a roofing estimate. I had certain time constraints and was totally accomodated by the Arry's rep. She stayed in touch to be sure appointment could be kept. When the estimator/technician showed up, he inquired about our concerns, and once up on the roof we could see the roof really didn't need replaced and in fact needed a simple repair. He went ahead and did the minor repair and discussed with me some other issues to keep an eye on. He could of tried to sell me something I didn't need, but instead helped me out at no cost. This was an experience I thought no longer could happen. This was only a 15 x 15 flat roof, but when my full house roof needs replaced, they're will only be one choice for me and that's Arry's!

We came home from a trip up north to find popcorn ceiling pieces on our floor. We looked up at our cathedral ceiling and saw a big yellow round stain. We went online and looked up all of the roofing contractors in our area, and Arry's Roofing was highly rated by everyone. From start to finish they were fantastic. They came right away to patch the roof so that it would not leak if it rained again. They communicated with us constantly to make sure that everything was going okay. When they came to repair the roof they did a great job. After they were finished they still kept in contact to make sure that everything went well and we did not have any problems. They also recommended a really good company to fix up the stain in the ceiling. We highly recommend Arry's Roofing.

Arry's replaced the roof on our 2000 square foot home in one day. The entire experience from getting the estimate until the final inspection was excellent. They provided various options, provided a list of properties for us to view in helping with our color selection and kept us well informed on scheduling. The crew leader had 20 years experience with Arry's. Upon arriving they went right to work with removing the old roof, replacing any damaged wood, re-nailing decking and installation of the new roof. After completing the roof the entire crew worked to thoroughly clean all debris. Days later an independent inspection company reviewed the work and provided documentation certifying the work for homeowners insurance. We are very satisfied knowing everything was done to the highest standards.

Arry's did an exceptional job on my roof. Their staff (Both the office staff as well as the installation crew) were outstanding and their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none! While we did have some minor issues that needed to be addressed (dented gutters and faciers, rust stain in driveway), they were quick to send repair crews to correct the issues. They insured that we were 100% satisfied before asking for our final payment...and that says a lot about the kind of company this is! I was a little disappointed in the time it took to get scheduled for installation...almost 10 weeks from contract signing to installation...Partially due to covid-19...but the office crew kept me updated regularly and the end result was well worth the wait. I would definitely use Arry's for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Our company, ABC Roofing Services, has worked on numerous jobs where Arry's Roofing was performing the roof work. Work always seemed quality, crews professional.

I reached out on my home where the 2nd story closet ceiling was showing signs of a water leak where the chimney came up and through the roof. Not a large or easy job.

From the estimate to scheduling to the work itself, could not have been anymore pleased. Not all companies want to do small jobs anymore, I know because we do them all the time when others do not. Since I was not going to be up on the 2nd floor, very pitched roof area around the chimney to see what was being done, Arry's and their personnel took pictures before, during and after for me to review. Wow! Transparency in a contractor. The work was completed on time and at the price quoted.

We cannot choose just one good quality about Arry's Roofing Services. They kept in touch with us prior to starting the new roof due to the weather. The roofers were very good about clearing our yard on a daily basis for the days they were here. When they removed the flat roof, they explained and showed my husband all the damaged wood we would need to replace and had him approve it before removing. How refreshing it was to have a contractor, their crew, and office staff to have the same caliber of professionalism and great service. We deeply appreciate how stress free it was to have a roof put on knowing how much it would cost each step of the way. With a very limited budget, their quote was very close to the cost of the roof. The only surprise was the cost of the wood for the rotten roof, which was not due to Arry's. They accidently removed out gutters and forgot to put them back, but within a day we had new gutters. Before they closed our account, they came out to walk the roof to make sure it was completed to their satisfaction. We highly recommend them.

Hiring Arrys Roofing to replace my roof was one of the best decisions I could make and will be for you as well! Arrys excels in customer service, staying on budget, starting and completing the roof install on time.
This company provides all their license and workman's comp insurance before you hire them in addition, they are excellent in their communications, as they kept me up to date before they started, during the planning process and even after they completed my roof project. There was absolutely no sales pressure or any attempt to add on additional charges. Arrys also included a four point inspection at no additional charge. The four pint inspection was submitted to my homeowners insurance company and I received a substantial discount.
Arrys crew was on time, very professional and very friendly. As they worked I could see they took great pride in their work, cleaned up the entire site and showed great respect for my property and me as their customer. This is a company that will be around much longer than their warranty.

I highly recommend that you quit shopping around, hire Arrys Roofing and Experience the quality and value they provide.

We used Arry's over 10 years ago to install a tapered roof system over our screened porch. We had a great experience then and knew when we needed our whole house re-roofed, we'd check with them. We interviewed 4 different roofing companies and decided to stick with Arry's because of their length of time in business, reputation, and our past experience. They anticipated a 1 day job, but ran into a lot more wood that needed to be replaced than they thought, so after the large crew worked for about 12 hours, they sent a 2 man crew back the next day and they worked another 12 hours. Throughout the process we were able to look at pictures uploaded immediately into an online photo album of the damaged wood that needed to be replaced as they discovered it. In addition, we were contacted by the office a couple of times to give us updates on the cost of the wood being replaced. Communication was top notch. Valentine was the crew chief on our job and he was great about answering my husband's questions throughout the first day. At the end of the 2nd day, the guys must have circled our house 3 times making sure they picked up everything and they left our property neat and clean. Our roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. One of our neighbors is a contractor and when he drove by the first day he said, "I see you went with the right company!" He prefers to deal with Arry's on his jobs because he said he knows they know what they're doing. Thank you Arry's!

Roof replacement was completed on my house in December . Arry's will not honor the warranty on this work and complete the leak repair on the roof Arry's Roofing Services has visited my house to inspect the leak in the roof. This business refuses to repair the roof under the warranty because they indicate the the flat roof is leaking. I obtained 3 roof repair quotes from other roofing companies and all these roofing companies indicate that the roof leak is on the shingle roof which is under warranty.
