Landmark Roofing did a really nice job roofing my house and garage. They helped me in the selection of quality materials that were complementary to my home. The crews were courteous and did a professional job. I would recommend Landmark Roofing to others.

Gave a great price, always professional, timely in call backs, personally inspected with me and explained what they did. FAST! and thorough application and cleanup. They made an expensive and otherwise painful experience much improved from previous experiences with roofers.

I left for work one morning and when I came home my roof was already completed by Landmark Roofing. I am extremely happy with the look of my new roof. The owner came out today to make sure I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Landmark Roofing to anyone!

The customer service was excellent. The roofing crew were phenomenal! They hand carried the used shingles to the dumpster. The installation was first rate. The clean-up was excellent. The entire crew spent over an hour policing for debis and nails. It's been a week since the job an I've only found one nail. Highly reccomend!

Very Good Company, They are Very Competitive and Fast, I have had them do my House as Well as My Church Roof and Gutters, When they Finished the Jobs were done to the Agreement and All the Mess was Gone, I had Zero cleanup to do once they were gone, I highly recommended Landmark Roofing to Anybody looking for their Next Roof or Gutter Project

The crew had to endure some rough rainy weather the day of the install, yet it didn't interfere one bit with their effort! Perry (the owner), checked in a couple of times, to check in on the project, and arranged a final walk thru, the following week, to make sure that we were totally satisfied with the work performed! While some other roofing companies were trying to sell me a whole new roofing job, the team from Landmark Roofing came out and found the problem (lack of ventilation in the attic) and told me my shingles had another good 5 years or more before even thinking of replacing, saving me thousands of dollars. I had a home inspector who works for a real estate company confirm the problem. I highly recommend getting an assessment from Landmark Roofing when getting estimates for your roofing needs and comparing with other sources.

Landmark Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof! The tear-off of existing shingles was done efficiently using state-of-the-art equipment. The new shingles were installed on the home and extra garage the same day. Fascia was put in place on the home the following day. Seamless gutters and matching downspouts were installed over a two day period. I am impressed with the quality of their equipment, the cleanliness as all debris was removed, the workmanship and courtesy of the workers, and the follow-up inspection once all facets of the job were complete. Landmark Roofing gave me a quote and that is exactly what I paid upon completion. They gave me a tremendous value for the money I spent.My home is modernized and looks beautiful! I am so happy! I had many quotes for the replacement of my roof this summer. The Landmark Roofing company did a great job right from the beginning with the quote breaking everything down by each item. They were very thorough in answering all my questions before awarding them the contract. They sell a great product - Owen Corning - and they offer a 10-year workmanship warranty plus the Owens Corning warranty. The installation crew was awesome. They were very punctual, worked diligently through the day, great attention to detail, and did a great job with cleanup. After the job was complete, I had a one on one walk through with the owner, Perry. Several open items were identified, and all were repaired to my satisfaction. Cannot say enough positive things about Landmark Roofing. Landmark is the best roofing value in Fort Wayne. I highly recommend them.

I was well pleased with this Roofing company. From the very first contact by the Sales person, Greg, who spent up to 2 hours showing me brochures and guarantees of what his crew would do and the options of roofing shingles. Then they scheduled the replacement roofing to be done on a Saturday at no extra cost. They put an 8 man crew on the job instead of a normal 6 man crew and got it done in 6 hours. I would pop out and check on them and observed they were doing and putting in place all the materials they had said they would. They did a great job of cleaning up before leaving at 1pm. Then at 3pm a crewman came to pick up the extra materials and before he left, he walked around again picking up small pieces of old shingles that the first crew missed. I did not have to pay any money up front. The company called and scheduled the owner, Parry, to come and do a final walk through and collect payment. On his visit he spotted a few small things that needed attention and he got up on the roof and took care of them himself, all without me pointing anything out to him. I gave him my check and we were both happy to have done business together.

We decided to finally replace our roof, and after six different estimates, we decided on Landmark Roofing. It was the best decision we ever made. Starting with Troy, our salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable. He suggesting different options that would best suit our needs, and was not always trying to upsell. There was absolutely no pressure from him, as we experienced with a few of the other companies. It was obvious he had installed roofing before, and the trust factor was the key. Then to Kim, who assisted in scheduling, and always had a cheerful disposition, and was always available with any questions. Then it came time for the install. I cannot begin to express how impressed we were with the installation work, and especially to crew. Leo, the foreman, was approachable and wonderful to talk to. He always took the time to explain what to expect, and what they were doing throughout the day. By the way, our roof took ONE DAY! Amazing! The crew were constantly cleaning around the house, and once finished, you could not tell they were even there. I wish we could provide more than five stars, because they absolutely deserved it. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing and there services.

Called Landmark for a quote because my usual roofing company no longer did repair work. I needed to have roof repairs done to meet terms of home sale. When Landmark came out to give quote they didn't even get up on roof to put together the quote. Every roofer I have ever worked with has always gotten up on the roof to assess condition. It was a beautiful sunny day and there was no reason to not get up on the roof. Landmark insisted that the roof needed to be replaced. I provided the inspection report that identified only minor repairs needed, not a new roof. Quoted repairs were agreed to and I asked for them to get scheduled right away. Over a week later and no repairs were scheduled. New home owners called Landmark to find out why repairs were not scheduled yet and Landmark proceeded to tell the new homeowner that the roof needed to be replaced. Landmark also made sure to paint me as an unreasonable person. Claiming that I wouldn't do the right thing. That caused the new owner to obtain legal counsel to try to resolve the issue and get a new roof. When the facts were presented, the new owners did not have a case. But many hours were spent, a lot of stress endured and my name was dragged through the mud. My experience with Landmark Roofing was awful. I will never use them. They were unprofessional and caused lots of trouble, legal fees, and hours of frustration.
