Arrowhead Credit Union review: Terrible customer service

Had gone to bank to get car note deferred for two months due to job closing down.. Been banking with them for upteen years.. Never late on anything.. Great record. In order to defer payment, I was told had to outline a hand written paper of what my future plans were with my life. A grown person, at my job 10 yrs. Very responsible, being treated like a child! Than told if I wanted to defer one month with car note they would charge me $75.00. Funny, because online arrowhead charges $60.00 to skip a payment as its put. Now, i've been humiliated, treated with no integrity, and was now being taken advantage of, due to the service fee being jacked up. Other banks I found out charge $25. Oo to defer a payment and treat you with dignity and don't ask you to write a paper explaining what you intend to do with your life as if you were a child!. Its unfortunate my job closed. I tried to do the right thing, be pro-active, and go to my trusted bank of years for help, only to be treated so terribly. This is my first time ever being in this position, now I know more of this institution. This bank's representatives humiliated me and showed no integrity. They tried to take my dignity. Arrowhead credit union does't care if you are a responsible, loyal, member... When your down.. They jump to take advantage of your circumstance. Don't bank at arrowhead credit union
