Arnold Clark Automobiles review: Staff parking in side roads

I am the local councillor for Oxton in Birkenhead.
a constituent has emailed me to say -
"I took my grandchildren to school this morning only to return to what is a car park for employees from Arnold Clarke garage on Woodchurch Road.
This is once again getting out of hand, yes we cannot object to them parking at the beginning of Welford Avenue but outside residents houses is becoming a real issue.
We know for a fact that there is ample parking space within the grounds of Arnold Clarke so why will the management not allow their employees to use it another alternative is the Swan car park which has been used in the past.
Can you please on behalf of the residents kindly enter into a conversation with the management of Arnold Clarke."
