Arise Virtual Solutions review: I have been trying to get my 1099 NEC form

I have done all I know to do to try and get help with getting the correct tax for to file my 2022 taxes as a IBO Sole proprietor. Two years in a row they have given me the wrong form. Last year I just requested it, it was easy to get but not this year. This year I have been begging for my form. I have been to partner support which is no support at all several times. I have received a INC number and replied to it many times only for them to stop responding to it. Each time they responded they would do so giving me the same MISC 1099 form. In this form they list my earning as other income which is incorrect. The IRS can come back and say I owe them because I did not pay taxes for 2022. The tax preparer says I need the 1099 NEC form. I have called several times. I have filled out the form from the link given to me in one of many chats at partner support. The link was to a form which I would print and fill out and send to Arise requesting the 1099 NEC form with explanation. I am 4 months late filing my taxes and Arise doesn't care that I can be penalized for this I don't know what else to do. But file complaints with other agencies I am trying not to do that. I so very frustrated by this treatment. If I am penalized I want them to pay the penalty because it is because of them I am in this situation. I tried to include some copies of request and chats but the format will not work.
