Don't bother with Sensee. It's a waste of your time and money. It's almost like being in a real prison with how strict the management is. They treat you like a child and set unrealistic goals for you to meet. On top of that, they control how much you can earn. This is all based on how often their clients need coverage. It's a far cry from what they showcase on their website. If you're really desperate and need something to tide you over, then maybe consider Sensee, but don't believe all the glowing reviews - those are just overstatements!

I recently had an experience with Sensee and I can't say it's been a pleasant one. I had to take online tests and had a video interview for a BUPA role because of my medical background. I was excited to hear back from the team and was told I was an excellent candidate for the role. But to my surprise, I was informed by someone I had not spoken with that there was a conflict of interest, which I don't understand as there was none. It was disappointing to be rejected on an unreasonable premise.
However, I was later offered another provisional role that I accepted, being obliging with regards to hours and responsibilities the role required. But with another shock, I was told that there was no job - the client had changed their mind. It is very unprofessional of the team to offer provisional roles and then retract them later, without any valid reason given.
Moreover, the low pay was another letdown. It's not just the low pay, but they also expect you to spend a fortune on a computer, telephone line, and headphones. On top of that, I had to pay for my DBS check, which was unexpected. It's quite frustrating when you realize that you barely get paid above minimum wage and still have to cover all these expenses.
In my opinion, this company is a complete shambles. The management seems to lack professionalism. As a person who has worked in customer service for years, I can confidently say that Sensee is not a company I would recommend. If you value your time and effort, it's best to avoid this organisation.
