I put in for a reimbursement check that I never received although it said it was mailed out. I called and after being on hold over two hours I was told a ticket was being created yet four days later I received an email stating the ticket had been closed. They gave me no indication that I would receive another check and the email they gave me to use was invalid. Before giving me the email I was told it’s best to call. Now I see why. This is ridiculous to work for a company and retire and can’t get your retirement funds or help in getting reimbursed.
