I've been buying stuff from ArcadeShock for like a decade now and I gotta say, they're pretty legit. I've never had any problems with them, whether I'm buying converters or stick parts or whatever. And if I ever do need to get in touch with them, they're always super helpful and know what they're talking about. Plus, they just opened up a physical store that's open a few days a week, which is pretty cool. Overall, I'd definitely recommend ArcadeShock if you're into arcade stuff and need some gear.

My experience with ArcadeShock has been less than satisfactory. I placed an order with them three weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I reached out to them to inquire about my shipment, but they were unable to provide any assistance. They didn't even thank me for placing my order or apologize for the delay. I decided to call USPS to see if they could help, but it turns out that the sender needed to call them to resolve the issue.

I sent another email to ArcadeShock three days ago, but I have yet to receive a response. It's frustrating to be ignored like this, and they don't even answer their phone. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important for a company to take responsibility and make things right for their customers.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with ArcadeShock. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future. It's important for businesses to prioritize their customers and ensure that they have a positive experience.

I ordered a game controller from ArcadeShock back in early May and paid in full with priority shipping. I was excited to see that the item was in stock and ready for shipping since July 1, but two weeks later, I still hadn't received any word from them. I tried to contact them through email, but there was no phone number available. When I finally got a response, they said there was no order, even though I had the original order, the PayPal receipt, and my credit card statement showing the payment.

I was frustrated and confused, but I gave them the PayPal reference number and they still insisted there was no order for the controller. Their response was not what I expected from a customer service team. They said, "We have your funds in our system, we see that, but there is no order. We have shipped out every stick that has come across our table that we can verify, so it's not like we neglected you."

I was disappointed with their response, especially since they made the mistake. I asked them to ship it overnight since I had paid the extra $28 for priority 3-day shipping, but they said they would not. They gave me the option to cancel the order or take it, and since my son really wanted it, I told them I would still take it.

Two days later, and I still haven't heard back from them. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I'm not sure what happened, but I hope they can resolve the issue soon. It's frustrating to pay for a product and not receive it, especially when you've paid extra for shipping. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

ArcadeShock is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I recently purchased a CPS-2 ?A? Board from their online store and had a terrible experience. Firstly, there was a huge delay in shipping the item out, which was already a red flag for me. When I finally received the board, it was used and covered in brown dust. The Jamma pins had scratches all over them, which made me think that they had sold me a used board instead of a new one. To make matters worse, they claimed that they would send the board in a custom box, but it came in a dirty and used FedEx box. Is that what they call a custom box?

When I complained to them about the condition of the board, they responded with childish threats like "you won't be allowed to shop with us anymore" and "Thank you for not shopping with us in the future. We don't need your business." This was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like they didn't care about their customers at all.

To add insult to injury, they sell used items as new, which is a fraudulent practice. I opened a dispute with PayPal, and they continued to threaten me, saying that they would put in a fraudulent claim against me. I also requested a refund for the shipping costs, which they refused to give me. Why should I have to pay for the shipping costs when they sold me a used item instead of a new one?

Overall, this was the worst shopping experience I've ever had with an online shop. I would recommend that you avoid ArcadeShock at all costs. They are scammers who sell used items as new and do not care about their customers.
