Aramex International review: shipment no [protected] from turkey to riyadh since 17/1 & not arrived till now

Shipment [protected] from Turkey to Riyadh since 17/1 and not arrived till now i already opened a request at 23/1
another request at 26/1
another complain at 27/1
another complain at 29/1
another complain at 30/1
the result is 13 days till now with no action and i don't know when the shipment will arrived i supposed that Aramex is a good company as usual but i think some action should happened to keep the reputation
I'm waiting for that
