Just cancel the subscription
I have been trying to cancel my subscription since 5 months ago. I have sent e-mails and I have gone to the contact us and all of the messages come back undelivered.
Money is being taken out of my account and I have gotten a layer in this matter and I will pursue back pay and lawsuit if the subscription is not canceled asap! My profile info is.

Hi, I have trying to cancel my subscription to this site without any positive result. I've been sending lots of emails and always undeliverable, always coming back sometimes 2 oR 3 day after etc..
I've took a 3 month time, starting around the 12 dec more or less and it's coming to an end in March. I've tried with ccbill (credit company) with my pre-paid credit card and they couldn't not find my file, and they provide me with the addressee (e-mail) the phone number [protected] (this address is on the bottom of their pages) and still couldn't contact them where it's says contact us! It isn't working at all and when I put my name and password on the site I get in without any problem, so they have my information and I just CAN'T cancel it! I have no other mean to do soo, that is why I'm contacting u! I've never had any problem at all on other sites for cancelling except for arabematchmaking.com

Robotic Messaging and 60-day cancellation period
I am convinced this site does not have real members and is randomly sending canned e-mails to registered members. I didn't have my pictures and had minimal information on my profile, and still received generic messages from single women in the Ukraine that desperately needed to meet me. When replied that I was not interested, I continued to receive e-mails that indicated the sender has totally not read my feedback.
I was curious to try it, and now I am out of two months worth of membership, even with my cancellation request within 24 hours of my initial sign-up. i guess, they need a 60-day cancellation period. What a scam.
Emails keep coming in spam, won't go away
This popped up on our emails in the spam category and then popped up on our main screen. Our computer and main email bruce.[protected]@Gmail is our company email. We tried removing it from our screen and then it comes back. The e-mails come into our spam and keep coming in. There is no phone number for the company we want it to stop. We do not need customers to see something like this on our business computer.
Oh, I bet this is a cover because he is trying to hide that he made an account there and when he opened the email to verify it the account the computer was attacked.
It would appear that someone has used your email to make an account there. Since it is a business email you make it public and you have now posted it here. Since the email is valid all they have to do is use it when they create the account and have pranked you. There is not much you can do other than delete it and make a new one. Some one opened one of the emails and now you have a malware virus on you server or main computer. Time to spend a lot of time running virus and malware scans, defrags system checks and you may need to have an IT tech do it. You may have an employee that has done this to you and an IT tech could find information on our computer that shows the first contact was made from your business computer. Good luck with this.

Request can be Sent only through CONTACT US, and They Do not listen or Cancel Premium membership OR delete account.
2: Sending Requests to Cancel Premium Membership or deleting account is only through CONTACT US link, Thus that Do not have any records of sent requests.
i, Personal have requested more than 15 times in 1 month, but my premium membership was never canceled, Nor any action upon the Delete account request.

This is a dating website. This site is loaded with three bad things. (1) technical bugs to the point it is frustrating and sometimes unusable, (2) bad service, they do not get back to you regarding your problem complaint and a resolution plan, and (3) many fake profiles all containing the same information but different pictures, they aim to acquire your personal information such as email address. Stay away from this site.

My suggesti0n is do what I did: 1) fill in the blanks, a rough draft of what you want to say. 2) DO NOT POST A PICTURE 3) If you find youself getting more propsals within in a week as compared to your family then it's fake. 4) Stop and move on, let's be real, if you look at the desired age range column you'll see the answer. You pay up and that person was never real or never will contact you again. Be aware. THIS IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST DATING WEBSITE SCAM. if those sites charge male and female equally, you will unlikely come across fake profiles or those trying to seek help for money laundry or fraud. Very sleazy website. Uses Avatars to send messages to non paying members, then forces them to pay money and become members to reply to the Avatar. Most people do not know that they are Avatars, so it is a indecent immoral practice that users should beware of. Also, the owners are very shady and do not even use arab women as the picture models, and on top of this they entice users with very sleazy photos of women in compromising carnal positions.

I have been member of Arabmatchmaking site for last one year...This site is a big scam...there are girls who contacts a men..and makes friendship...I made 4 girls friends but all are cheaters...1st one was from Sochi.Russia...she had no father...a younger sister and mother...she kept sending me her photos...and her sad story...one she wrote me that her tenant is abusing her family for not paying the rent..she asked me for HELP...I naively agreed...she demanded 400 dollar...I asked her to send any photo ID proof to produce at western union for sending the money...she sent me a fake passport copy...then I discontinued her...2nd I got a lady from kiev, Russia...she demanded 400 dollar to pay to an agency for translation of email to me...I disconnected...3rd I got a girl from London, UK. she developed relation with me...I also pretended being in love her...after 10 days she demanded 200 euro to get repaired her crashed laptop...I asked her to send a copy of her passport to produce at western union...she also...sent me fake passport copy...4th I got was Belgium girl...liege...she kept chatting with me for a month...she..used to on the webcam many time...but I found that she was always in the kitchen..she also one day demanded 500 euro for her hospitalized mom...this time I sense a scam...it is going on...let us see what happenes tomorrow...One thing I must accept that all these girls are well trained and emotionally very strong...one can never think that they are playing...men can easily be trapped...I can say that all this dating sites are big sacam...girls especially trap middle aged men...between 30-50 years...One girl admitted to me that Arabmathch making site hired her for sexy show and paid 50 dollar for 15 minutes.
