I came to this clinic on Friday and I was waiting for 6 hours and finally at 7p. m doctor saw me and said we need to clean your ears. They changed my clothes and get ready for that them doctor came to room after 20 minutes and said sorry we couldn't find the water we need for washing your ears, come Monday again she said sorry we don't have it yet.

Desired outcome: After messaging me for Monday appointment they said sorry again we can't find it.
