System installed by Fluent late 2016. Garage door sensor worked fine at first. Been having continuous problems getting sensor to recognize door being closed or getting "Loss of Supervision" messages. Garage is far from alarm panel. Garage is metal-sided. Been told I need a signal booster. Not positive it'll work and I don't feel it should be my responsibility to cover cost of making your system installed by you to work. Both by having to buy a signal booster or paying for technician to install. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting due to improper installation.
