I purchased a brand new Anycubic 3D printer directly from the manufacturer. The unit failed within approximately 9 days of normal use.
After reporting the issue, I did not receive a timely or effective resolution. Support responses have been slow and inconsistent, and I was directed toward troubleshooting rather than receiving a refund.
I requested a full refund due to the product being defective shortly after purchase. That request has not been resolved.
The printer is not usable. There were support process is a nightmare of delays automated emails that do not answer questions that have dragged on for a week without any kind of a resolution.
