ann mcmenamin and her husband kevin mcmenamin were contacted to redo the roof on my mother's home. We were quoted $3600 because of some wood rot. Saved up and paid them in full. Few days went by and we didn't hear back on when we would get our roof done. Days turned to weeks, they kept missing the dates promised until they stopped responding all together. ann mcmenamin and her company a&k roofing in pueblo Colorado aren't honest.
This is Ann McMenamin. My company, A & K Roofing does not accept ANY money up front. We ask for payment upon completion as stated in our contract. We have an "A" rating with the BBB and I am licensed and insured. I replied to the author of this complaint asking him to provide me with a contract he claimed to have with our company. I got no response. This complaint is fraudulent and for whatever reason trying to hurt my business. My license can be verified through the building department and the BBB.
