I hired one of your independent contractors (Kaitlynn's Quality Cleaning Service) to do a total house deep clean. Two people arrived at 10am on 8/7/24. We did a walk around to discuss what we wanted done. A price was quoted. I was skeptical that 2 people could accomplish the task, but agreed to it. Let's just say I was not pleased with the final results and took photos to demonstrate my concerns. I contacted the "pro" directly and was offered and accepted a partial refund of $140 which was not nearly enough. I strongly suggest that you no longer endorse this service provider.
