a dress I ordered
I order this dress April 22, 2018 I sent several emails to ask if this dress can be shipped out before May 8th. The company sent the dress out on may 10th 2018 when I clearly explained that my daughter prom is may 12th. Now DHL will be shipping the package out and I will not receive it till May 14th. New arrival said not to worry it'll be here on time. Now I have refused shipment from DHL because I cannot use the dress after the 12th. I have let phone numbers for them to contact me other than email. My daughter prom is ruined and they didn't do a overnight shipment. Can someone please contact me asap [protected] trying to get a overnight shipment for this dress.dhl said the sender can only make these changes. Why didn't no one contact me. They just took my money and did what they please. I also paid for a rush delivery. The number they listed on their website is a non working number

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter on 12/18/2017 online. It asked us to measure her then go by their size chart. According to her Hip size she had to get a size 10. When we received the dress, weeks later, not knowing it was from China, she tried the dress on. The breast area was way under hers and the dress was a little big everywhere else. I immediately started emailing them to request a refund. Since they are in China, they only email in the middle of the night. We have emailed back and forth for over a week now. First they wanted a picture of the dress, then they wanted us to get it altered. We live in a small town, with no alterations store. And we don't have time for that either, as prom is approaching and tux fitting is this week. Now they are saying that they will only refund if it was a mistake on their part in the measurements and want me to measure the dress. I can't help that my daughter has larger hips than breasts. I don't understand why they can't just refund us. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com
It stands to reason that they may not refund the dress, especially where it is in your possession. To keep pricing reasonable, I'd think they'd expect the buyer to cover shipping costs. Ultimately this may mean it just wouldn't be cost effective to return.
Whereas it's only January, out doesn't make sense that one wouldn't have time to get it altered.
It looks wonderful by the way.
