Anderson Windows review: Anderson sliding door

The sliding door leaks, I have had three contractors out to my residence to repair. They have indicated the door is defective. I have called anderson multiple times. I have used their email system to report the claims. No one responds. I spent 54,000 on windows and doors, and I can not get a response on a leaky sliding glass door. Every time there are high winds, the water leaks into the track, overflows the track spills onto the floor and then leaks down to the next level of the house, where there is a gas fireplace. It is dangerous. This has been going on for over a year. The door is only 1 year old. It is happening again right now on 3/24/22.
