Man, I gotta say, this HumanN company really messed up. They charged me for something I didn't even order! And when I talked to their customer service, they didn't seem to give a hoot about refunding my money. It was a real bummer, dude.

But, I mean, let's be real. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, right? So here's the lowdown on the rest of my experience with HumanN.

First of all, I gotta give them some props. Their website is pretty dang easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for pretty quickly and the checkout process wasn't too much of a pain in the rear. I'll definitely give them that.

And the product itself? Well, I gotta say, it's pretty darn good. I tried out their nitric oxide supplement and I definitely noticed a difference in my workouts. I felt more energized and focused, and my pumps were way more intense. So, I gotta hand it to them there.

But, you know, the whole billing fiasco really left a bad taste in my mouth. It's too bad that one little mistake made such a big impact on my overall impression of the company. I hope they can shape up their customer service game in the future, because I might be hesitant to order from them again after this whole debacle.
