8/04/2026 I replied asking how can they hand me over for this account only and not the other ones since June 2025 when I've been paying it off every month
9/04/2026 They responded that they do not have a formal payment arrangement from me. Their system receives payments but doesn't acknowledge the payments as of the lack of a payment agreement.

Received a further 20 plus smses from VeriCred during Feb, Mar, Apr, May and latest one from VeriCred on 25/06/2026 with balance due R634.13, meanwhile the Ampath account is settled in full in May.
