Americas Best Value Inn review: malvern, arkansas 72104

I persevered a room with 2 queen size beds for 2 nghts. Asked to make sure pool was opened cause I had my 5 and 13 year old grandson with me. They assured me it was. Got here. Checked in. Ate got in pool was in pool then they came out and told us the pool was closed for the day cause they had an inspection and maybe it might be open tomorrow. But no promises. I am on a fixed income and been saving for a year to splurge for this for when my grandsons came to visit. Paid with credit card. They can't just put it back on my card it will take 48 hours so I can't take them to another motel. Really disappointed. Then look at my bathtub in the room at that. Looks like someone put a fist through it
