Americas Best Value Inn review: dirty bed sheets

I checked inn My name is Gordine Kimfuema and I checked in on Mai 19, 2019 and from checking date until 2019-05-26 my bed sheets were not changed. You can see for yourself the picture of the pillow cases and can forward more picture if need be.
I went away with my family for 2 days from 2019-05-24 and returned to my room on 2019-05-26 and found that the beds sheets were still dirty and not changed.
I made a complaint to the front desk and was reassured that when the manager returns around 07:00 PM he will come and see me in my room.
To my biggest surprise it's the new lady at the front desk who called me and informed me that that their policy states that the bed sheets should be changed everyday but that the pillow cases don't have to be changed.
When I asked her for her name because I will file a grievance to the head quarter because this is the most disgusting policy I ever heard about she told me that she needs to speak to her manager first before giving me her name. She then placed me on hold on the phone for 15 minutes and then another lady, I believed who was the manger's wife called came knocking at the door and brought us fresh pillow cases. Once I hanged up the phone the manager called me and said that the made made a mistake and should have changed our pillow cases except that they never have been changed from the day we checked in until today.
