Americas Best Value Inn review: manager/office person

Your representative of your 620 Fairmount ave, Jamestown NY INN is beyond rude and aggressive. He just attempted to place an order at my Pizzeria which is the Lakewood Pizza Express, right up the street a couple miles. He was beyond irrational, rude, loud, aggressive and generally unpleasant. He hung up on me before I could even give him a total and find out about his payment method. I'll have no problem sending orders to actual rooms/guests but I'll never even attempt to take an order from the office personnel again. Someone needs to deal with this guy.
