I've been staying at this hotel since Thursday and she changing the rules as she go every time but people have to get on with a day and I have to stay here because they may be going thru something my house caught on fire so her Attitude and staring at me like she got a problem is not the first thing we want to deal with in the morning or the last thing we want to see before we go off on our day it's just not right when she get to make the rules as she go along it's just not fair they can cheat people in double charge But if we got a problem with it they get upset with us like It's our fault this has been the worst day I have hair but I have no choice right now
The room been in my husbands name since Thursday now all of a sudden she need to see his ID my name been added on to it I got to pay for yesterday morning The day before that the day before that the day before that and the day before that talking about we keep change your names it’s just the two of us she just want to have a problem with somebody and make the rules as she goes and I’m tired of it and like I say I pay for the room Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday what’s the problem now. Then I got double charged and I’m not post to be mad and she’s telling me I’m talking over her I’m not post to be upset you talking about you know exactly what happened how to [censored] if I pay for a room already it’s not in the system when I try to pay for the next night it charge me for the same night somebody steal it so I got a dispute a charge and wait 10 days for my money come on train your employees right that’s another problem as a manager this hotel is so much better before she became manager and I keep trying to be respectful but the way she acts I don’t have no choice but to stay here right now so I’m a put these reviews on every single website
