Americas Best Value Inn review: housekeeping/customer service

I made reservations, and stayed in this hotel from 12/13 - 12-16, 2019. Saturday we did not get any room service. Yes we were annoyed, but that was ok. We just hung the towels up to dry, and still had soap and toilet paper. We get back later on Sunday night after Christmas shopping all day, to find that our room was not cleaned again by room service. However, this time we had no soap, every towel was used and dirty and we had NO toilet paper! When I called the front desk, he said it was too late and I'd have to wait until morning. Now I know that maybe calling a front desk at midnight might be a pain asking for something, but had room service come in and done rheir job, we wouldn't have had this problem, and I would assume that basic hygiene needs would be a priority to the guests, but not in this case. We had to go out and buy our own soap and toilet paper from then gas station down the street, and you know their prices are much higher than a regular grocery store. This tops off the worst service I have ever had...by far! I am disputing the entire bill on my credit card, and I'm sure it's no big deal to you, just refund the customers money and move on, but this type of customer service or should I say this low level of customer service is unacceptable. Because of this, I will never shop the budget hotels, and sites again. Let's be clear, price should never effect the kind of service you receive! After all good service and a smile is should be free. Just a pathetic hotel. You really need to address this! As far as the holes in the wall, and the broken towel bar in the bathroom, I won't even address those as they are minor in comparison to my basic hygiene needs not being met. I'm also contacting the health departments to see if I have any recourse there also.
