Americas Best Value Inn review: visitors policy

I was planning to stay at this location (6504 south freeway ft worth TX). when I called to inquire the rates and availability, at or around 11am 10/03/2019. The employee answered and the first statement she made was to let me know you cannot have visitors no exceptions. Ok, I don't understand why my family and children included cannot have our relatives come to our hotel no exceptions. I was under the impression that Americas Best Value Inn was family oriented and actually advertises that.
