Americas Best Value Inn review: lack of refund

The room was filled with flies when we checked in, the mattress was heavily stained, the tile was loose in the restroom, we returned from a gathering at 1 AM and at 2 AM the hotel lost power and it doesn't have a back up generator so the room quickly became hot and muggy without AC in the Kansas summer. At 4 AM the power was not yet on so I packed up and left and drove a couple of hours back home. When I requested a refund, it was denied. Will never stay here again and my reviews won't be kind, thanks.
