Americas Best Value Inn review: americas best motel

Americas best motel, my grandson and daughter were severely bitten by bedbugs at this location. We have requested a full refund of monies paid to this establishment. The front desk advises that they would only refund 5 nights when they have been moved to another room with the same result. I feel that they deserve a full and courteous refund. My grandson had to go to the ER last night for cellulitis from a bite in his leg. I am prepared to sue for pain and suffering and hospital expenses in the event they are not fully refunded. My daughter has pictures and video from both rooms of live crawling bed bugs. I hope to avoid this with a simple refund in full. My number is [protected].
