Americas Best Value Inn review: bugs everywhere, spots in the pillow case that looked like blood

I was tired so i stopped at Beardstown Il. 62618 I got a NO SMOKING room and was completely disgusted it reeked of smoke, bugs everey where dead and alive, i was almost asleep then a bug jumped on me, I got up looked all around it was late by the time I saw the bugs I went out to the service desk twice NO ONE around so i took pics I sat in the chair til morning again went to the front desk, again no one.I was so upset but had to be back at the hospital so I left a long letter to the manager with my phone number and said i wanted my money back...I never got any sleep... it was room 115 monday night sept 30 I got there around 11:00pm...Christine Herndon, please help that was horrible.
