was real smart about how the boiler works! They knew their stuff, man!

American Vintage Home, Inc. did some work in our house last summer. They were supposed to fix our air conditioning, but it didn't go so well. They messed up by putting in a 1/3 horsepower motor instead of the 3/4 horsepower one that was needed. And now, they won't even admit their mistake or answer our calls. We had to shell out more money just to get our air conditioning working properly.

As airways top notch work highly recommend American Vintage Home. They did a great job fixing my air conditioner. The workers were super nice and knew what they were doing. They came on time and finished the job quickly. My house is nice and cool now. I would definitely use them again if I have any more problems.

This company is the bomb! They really know their stuff when it comes to fixing things. I had a problem with my heating system and they came out and fixed it right up. The guy who came over was super smart and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, which was really helpful. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

They dont warranty or stand by their work. After spending 5k to fix a leakin drain line, they proceeded to tell me that it didnt fix the problem and quoted me another 5k to "try again." Total scam...

The tech got here on time and did his job good and fast. I showed him where everything was at and let him do his thing. I checked on him sometimes and told him about a thing I thought was wrong, and he told me it was all good, no issues.

Always reliable, I never had a bad experience with American Vintage. Walter gave me an assessment of my Spacepak AC system that was consistent with past service reports. He was respectful of concerns about social distancing and answered all my questions with a lot of specificity. I always feel like I have been given honest and professional advice with this company.

The company don't give prices on the phone, so you gotta schedule a service guy to come and give you a quote. They charge 79 bucks just for the truck to show up. We needed a radiator (towel warmer) put in. We put in valves so they don't gotta drain the whole system to put it in. All the guy had to do was stick the radiator on some pipes and screw it to the wall. The service guy said it would be 800 bucks plus 79 to put it in. It don't take more than an hour to do. This is like a monopoly price. If they gonna charge for the truck, they should at least give you an idea of how much it's gonna cost. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

The guy who gave us the quote (Jack) and the sales guy assigned to our case (Kevin) were cool and nice, but the service technician and the stuff they did were a letdown. They replaced the plumbing intake valve like they were supposed to, but the concrete patch job was done real sloppy. It took a whole month of back and forth and a bunch of visits from different people to fix it. On one visit, the technician just up and left without even telling us, leaving our house unlocked. We had to call the company to find out they were done for the day, which shouldn't have been our job. And to top it off, they used our utility sink to clean their tools without asking, which caused a clog and we had to wait weeks to get it fixed. We told American Vintage Homes how disappointed we were with their lack of communication and how long it took to fix urgent problems like clogged plumbing before writing this review, but their response was just as disappointing. We even signed up for a maintenance package because Jack and Kevin seemed so professional and nice, but now we're thinking twice about sticking with AVH for our plumbing needs.
