I switched to this company because they had a lower rate. It was not fixed but I would have expected to have received an email notifying that the rates would change in the next month. No warning or email and the rate double, just about doubling my electric bill ($440 to $906). This is unfair and predatory when we are just trying to service. I would not go with this company. I already switched back to PECO because they will notify you of a rate change. There is no consideration for people with companies like this. How can you double a rate without warning. We are just a middle class family trying to get buy and cannot afford a $900 electric bill.
