I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a customer service representative named Paul and the overall sales practices I have experienced from your company.
On multiple occasions, I have clearly stated that I am not interested in the products or services being offered. Despite being given a direct and unambiguous response, Paul has repeatedly refused to accept "not interested" as an answer. Instead of ending the conversation professionally, he becomes argumentative and combative, creating an uncomfortable and frustrating experience.
In addition, your company has a pattern of making repeated back-to-back phone calls after being told that there is no interest. These excessive calls feel more like harassment than legitimate business outreach. Customers and businesses should not have to repeatedly decline the same offer before their wishes are respected.
As someone who works for a company, I have also experienced attempts to obtain information about employees, managers, administrators, and other staff members after clearly stating that the company is not interested. When that information is not provided, representatives continue pressing for names and contact details so they can reach out to those individuals directly. This behavior is highly inappropriate and appears designed to bypass the decision already communicated on behalf of the company.
It is especially concerning when representatives continue contacting or attempting to contact employees and administrators after being informed that the organization is not interested in doing business with your company. Such tactics come across as aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Businesses should be able to decline a sales offer without being subjected to repeated calls, confrontational conversations, or attempts to obtain employee information for further solicitation. I expect your company to review these practices and provide additional training to representatives, including Paul, regarding professional communication, respect for customer decisions, and appropriate sales conduct.
