On June 9, we received five phone calls from AP&G regarding a potential partnership for our energy services through National Grid. Each call was met with a clear “no thank you,” however the representative became increasingly aggressive, rude, and insulting with each subsequent call. In some instances, the representative raised their voice at our customer service staff, who were simply relaying information previously provided by management.
During these calls, we were repeatedly asked to disclose sensitive information regarding our energy bill, which we were not comfortable providing.
On June 10, we received an additional two phone calls. Again, we declined interest. During the second call, we informed the representative that we would be filing a police report if the calls continued.
We have seen previous complaints referencing repeated calls from similarly named companies; however, in our experience, these calls are coming directly from the same organization despite repeated requests to stop.
We are a business with our own sales department and understand sales outreach; however, the conduct of AP&G representatives has been unprofessional and concerning.
We request that AP&G cease all further contact with our company immediately. If we receive any additional calls, we will escalate the matter to the authorities.
