American Power and Gas Unscrupulous and shameless

I tried AP&G when a sweet customer service rep signed me up. While there was a very attractive short term fixed rate, I was assured that when it switched to a variable rate, it would be reasonable, citing that fixed rates actually charge more because they have to cover for when their energy costs go up.
