American Finance Company

American Finance company is takin' a big chunk outta my hard-earned wages. It's makin' life real tough for me, ya know? They're takin' way more than what I need to get by. Me and my family are really strugglin' 'cause of it. I already paid 'em the full amount for the services they provided, but they still got this crazy garnishment on my wages, like a whopping 10,000 bucks! I even reached out to the Secretary of State office 'bout this issue. I'm at the point where I gotta sell off stuff from my house just to keep my family afloat.

I checked my credit report and saw a collection from American Finance Company that was opened on Oct 06, 2015 for $11,010 with an account number starting in 2111 that I don't remember and ain't responsible for. I never signed an agreement or finished an original contract with them. This is fake and a violation of my rights. This wrong collection ain't mine. If you think this account is mine, prove it's legit. I want all collection stuff to stop right away and for this wrong and fake collection to be taken off my credit report or I'll sue and report you to the CFPB and FTC.

I bought a car from a dealership and America Finance approved me. I've been making my payments since then. A couple of weeks ago, I was told on the phone that I only had to make one more payment of $164.18. I went online and took a screenshot of the last payment needed to show my wife that it's almost paid off. But when I tried to make the payment, I saw that more money was added, making it double. They told me it was an online error. The person I spoke to on the phone said they would listen to the recorded call and use it for training, but nothing would change. I still have to pay this extra money.
