January 27Honorable ***, JrThe ***. 20500Honorable ***, Jr11 months ago I purchased a used car 2009 Dodge Journey A/WD from *** froma sales manger named *** did a fast deal with theVehicle sale and charged me over $20,000 dollars for this LEMON. as soon as I pulled out of the *** used car lot the vehicle's dash lights came on and the computer was malfuctioningAnd this 2009 Dodge Journey had a Car Fax indicating no such problems. the Vehicle spend a week and a half in the shop and they told me the problem was the *** convertor. the vehicleWas fixed according to the service department. as soon as I picked up the 2009 Dodge Journey and left the car service area the all the computer dash lights came on indicating computerProblems with the 2009 Dodge Journey. the car stayed in the service shop at *** for 3 weeks and they loan me a *** and unsafe vehicle to use. after 3 weeks they releasedThe 2009 Dodge Journey and it still had problems with the computer system and change oil lights and I only brought the vehicle less than 3 months not *** miles and now 11 monthsDown the line the 2009 Dodge Journey's interior Lights don't work, the windows switches don't work, Power sun roof window broken, *** lights and tire lights on in the dashWith electrical problems which shorten out my altermator two months ago, cost me $ *** dollars to replace. this 2009 Dodge Journey is a lemon and I have a 3 years warrantyAnd *** CNAC FINANCE COMPANY REFUSED TO REPAIR VEHICLE and Today 01/05 at 7:00 a.m. CNAC repo my 2009 Dodge Journey and I demand legal action to Nulland Void this corrupt deal with *** the sales manager. CNAC Finance Company I bought a car from JD by rider

I bought a car from JD by rider. CNAC is my lender. I bought car on a Monday. I get paid on Friday. . *** payment was due in 2 weeks my seller in PA *** told me to call and change my payment date to Friday. I called they VERBAL aggreged to Friday. Now they call Monday demanding saying im late and they will repo car. after i already put down $2,000 they still are taking 1,000$ for a down payment extra 200$ every two weeks. . everything about this is shady. I have a $2,000.00 receipt signed by seller. . they are denying. please help me
