I am not liable for this debt with CNAC - IN101 and I do not have a contract plus they did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

I bought a car from JD by rider. CNAC is my lender. I bought car on a Monday. I get paid on Friday. . *** payment was due in 2 weeks my seller in PA *** told me to call and change my payment date to Friday. I called they VERBAL aggreged to Friday. Now they call Monday demanding saying im late and they will repo car. after i already put down $2,000 they still are taking 1,000$ for a down payment extra 200$ every two weeks. . everything about this is shady. I have a $2,000.00 receipt signed by seller. . they are denying. please help me
