I got my order and I'm tryin' to return it. Both boxes ain't been opened and they're in the same condition they came in from the warehouse. They said I can send back the seat cushion and they'd give me a return authorization after talkin' to the manufacturer***. But I still ain't got that return auth. I've called 'em many times, every day, durin' business hours and left messages for 'em to call me back, but I ain't heard nothin' from 'em. The second package is a shower chair. American discount medical said on their website that these ain't returnable 'cause of hygiene reasons. I told 'em the box ain't been opened, it's still sealed. But they refused to ask *** if they'd take the return. So I called *** myself and the customer service person said it'd be okay, but it has to come from American discount medical, the third party vendor. They ain't givin' no customer service, I can't get ahold of nobody. This ain't right.
