ACS partially installed hardwood flooring in one room and left a huge jagged edged hazardous, sharp hole in an entryway. They left it like that. They never completed the work and walked away. They also put holes in drywall in several walls and scraped paint off doors and walls when moving furniture. When changing baseboard they took out my phone jack and it has been gone ever since, consequently I have not been able to use my answering machine. They have refused to replace this or compensate for this.

The flooring installed by American Carpet South was done incorrectly, according to multiple contractors. It was installed width vs length and this doesn't work with the floor joists. It will sag, so it all has to be replaced!

American Carpet South's installer cranked my ac while leaving my windows and screens up and tossing empty boxes of flooring all over my yard!

American Carpet South is refusing to make this right. It is outrageous!

I purchased carpeting from Home Depot a little over a year ago. It is called Trendy Threads II. Worse carpet ever. Purchased carpets before from Home Depot but this is the worse carpet ever. Looks like it should be in a dump! Carpet looks like it is over 10 years old. You vacuum and it doesn't look very good, you can also see where you walk. I have to take a brush over the carpet to make it look good. Don't think I will purchase from home depot anymore. The only thing that was good installers who were very efficient and did a very good job installing.

i worked a contractor named robbie johnson, that works for american carpet south, 'home depot 'we did a job and i asked him if he uses seam sealer on this carpet, and he said no, only on berbers, anyways they had the carpet checked out for proper installation and it failed only because it was not seam sealed, so the carpet has to be replaced, and as a contractor he is responsible, well now that im out of state on a family medical emergency, he is trying to take advantage of me, and saying i have to pay to replace the job, and he owes me 1860.00 for unpaid wages, i worked for months for this money and he wont pay me, isnt the law says he has to pay me, please help me, i need to help my injured son, and have no money., my name is alan leffler, my phone # is [protected]
