Had Booked a Acer Iconia Tablet through Amazon.in Had very Bad experience fro Customer service and Supervisors. They do not deliver the product after reaching Chennai 4 days back. Also they can not contact Amazon transport services through phone. Or we can not contact them. Also they lie saying that the delivery was attempted. When they had not contacted for anything.
Today after calling thrice they have not updated anything on delivery

Be careful before expecting a urgent shipment from Amazon...
One more thing to add their delivery date was 17th October
They dont care on any commitment.
Neither from customer service agent or supervisor.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Today Madurai Amazon Courier team cancel more than 40 orders and send back to amazon..
Amazon need to take serious action with Madurai Amazon Courier Team Soon to avoid big loss
(Note: i have given pickup locations..so locations of address is problem with amazon because amazon default give pickup locations)...(Last 10 days more than 200+ order cancel by madurai Courier Teams.it will continue daily means, amazon get big loss with transportation and loose thier customers too)..
all of below order cancel by local courier teams, Amazon Business Account registrations will be fail in madurai due to this type of wrong courier management team..Please Take Serious action in Madurai Couriers...
because more than 100 orders is on the way of transfer.. if you make delay daily they will cancel order-- due to this Amazon Get loss in transportations... not like me... one of my friends also face same issue with madurai courier teams, , , they also cancel thier orders due to that.. My friend completely Avoid shopping with Amazon and now he move to Flipkart..
If you didn't take serious actions means, i am also going to Plan with Some other Website

Its true don't believe amazon transport service unless ur disappoint and u will hurt ur own order
For me to the delivery has not been made for the past 2 days and it is showing delivery attempted...and no one contacted me too...
Amazon Transport service (ATS) is too poor in Pondicherry. customer care & also their Supervisor do not have any contact with ATS. They just lie always wait for 24 or 48 hours. Please do not but product in Amazon if it is a Urgent case. As after receiving Product to courier facility in Pondicherry they haven't delivered even after 10 days... I cancelled my order... Too poor Amazon
Worst ever experience in delivery. Don't buy anything from Amazon..
