AM Home Delivery & Trucking review: Horrible customer service

Horrible service, this needed to be assembled, I was down the street and told driver to take package out and get it ready to assemble and he said no and hung up on me, I seen him and honked my horn and called him and again to stop and he hung up. I called the office, one lady picked up and when I was explaining she hung up, I called again and spoke with diane and she said they cant turn around. I told her they would of been there for an hour or more because I paid for the install. Horrible customer interaction. Sylvester was the drivers name, I dont want him anywhere near my house to my package.
