I ordered this product and paid the $4.95 shipping. About 10 days later called the customer service number to cancel and receive the RMA # needed to return product. Again seven days later called to request the same an RMA# and cancellation. Both times received some foreignor on the other end with very broken English that only wished to push promotions on you.
3 days later sent an e-mail to the site listed on package and 8 days later have still not received a reply. I am praying that I can get the refund of $ 99.67 as stated in their policy now that I find there is another number to call. Will advise but this company and their product both suck

I like this product. I researched and knew all charges before I ordered. I recently had a problem with the atomizer coming apart when replacing a filter. The person I spoke with apologized and sent a new one at no charge. She also halved the monthy charge for filters. I used to smoke Marlboro 100's and like the fact that I can stay indoors during our cold weather and snow storms. For those of you complaining about billing practices, do your research - don't complain because you didn't do your homework.

I am hoping that everyone that is having this problem with lux e cig will report this to the better business bereau because i called lux e cig and they are refusing to refund my money and i returned all the products that i recieved i only opened 1 package and read the info and thier was nothing in any of my paper work that said that before you return any item you have to call and tell the company you are sending the items back.Then you can get a cancelation #.So i was told that i would not receive any of my money back.And also the man told me that as fare as the company is concerend that they are not doing anything wrong by taking money out of peoples account.connie barnes

I also agree that this is a scam and that they lead the people to beleive that thier are no other chargers that will be applied to your account which is a lie.The company keeps sending the product even after you call and cancel.

I agree that this is a scam i also orered the sample and this company wiil not stop sending me the product.So to who ever reads this take warning do not trust this ad. my name is connie barnes

I did the trial which was 14 days, minus processing and shipping, so actual time was 7 days then they billed credit card the program rate. I did try during the trial and sent back the product minus 1 just one of the cartridges due to the fact that they taste horrible. Not only when i took a drag but for hours later i couldnt get rid of the horrible taste in my mouth. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

i do agree with u. its ###. i just had the same thing happen to me. what really sucks is that when u order the ''free sample'' or whatever it doesnt say anything about a 14 day trial. i just read the return and refund on the site and it explains it all. its just ###ed up the way they do it. im calling tomorrow to try and cancel. hopefully it all works out.
