I would like to lodge an official complaint against one of your crew whom had an argument with his female companion in our hotel. Particulars of the crew and photo as follow and attached;

Name: Korbchai Sanpakitjamnong
ID: TAA5605
Designation: pilot (in his photo ID, he has 4 stripes for his uniform insignia)

On 6th Jan 2017 at about 0107hrs, we received a complaint from other in-house guest that there was a commotion in room 1304. The room was registered on the female. Our security team went to inspect and found Mr. Korbchai was involved in a heated argument with his female companion. When approached, the female was so traumatized and scared of him and seek for protection from my security team. She has a few fresh minor physical injuries; scratches on her hand, bruises on her arms, legs, cheek and forehead. She claimed that Mr. Korbchai had assaulted her.
My security team and duty manager asked Mr. Korbchai to leave since he was not our registered guest and due to the request of our female guest. Not only he did not comply but he also threatened my security team and duty manager by saying "You want to fight with me?" and "If you go to Thailand I will shoot you!" He displayed act of aggression and pushed my security team as a challenge to fight with him but my team are well-trained when handling intoxicated person. To cut the story short, we managed to escort him down to the lobby but he still reluctant to leave; so we had to call the police. After the police talked to him, he left to KL Sentral.
Not long after that, my security team saw a commotion at KL Sentral whereby a group of Auxiliary Police was beating a man. My security team went to check and saw the man being beaten was Mr. Korbchai. The Auxiliary Police informed that he came to purchase a beer from 7-eleven convenience store and peed on the walkway and was very rude & aggressive when approached.
As for the hotel, we do not welcome such person and will not hesitate to call the police should he come again. But i find it to be very shocked for a professional to act like that. A person who is licensed to take care of hundreds of people in flight? He was so intoxicated and acted so aggressively though we approached him politely. Verbal threats are against the law and deemed a serious offence; let alone death threat. So far, the hotel has not decided to lodge a police report against him but the female victim might do so and though the hotel does not want to know the relationship between them; we will be glad to assist her. We are considering to highlight Mr. Korbchai's details to Malaysia Association of Hotels to prevent him from checking-in into any hotels and potentially cause unwanted incident which occurred at our hotel last night.
He is a disgrace to your airline.

In the meantime, should you need to contact me directly; this is my email address;
