I’ve never experienced a dealership with less professionalism or follow‑through than ALM Ford Marietta. From day one, calls weren’t returned, commitments were ignored, and basic customer service was nonexistent. Every step of the process was met with delays, excuses, and dismissiveness — even when I tried to escalate concerns, managers either avoided the conversation or promised call‑backs that never happened.
The sales manager repeatedly gave incorrect information on simple, straightforward details, creating confusion and unnecessary issues. Finance made the situation worse — rude, short, and unwilling to review our documents simply because we weren’t financing through ALM. We tried to explain our process and provide credit union paperwork, only to be called back later and asked for the exact same information we had already attempted to submit.
The entire experience was unacceptable for any dealership, let alone one representing a major brand. I expected honesty, communication, and accountability. Instead, I encountered the opposite.
I’m sharing this publicly because no customer should have to go through what we did. Even reaching out to the corporate team resulted in the same lackluster response and zero meaningful resolution.
Recommendation: Never do business with this dealership
