Beautiful round rose shaped
Rug for $99.99. (pictures are included below). I placed the order, the shipping was pretty fast, within a few days we had the rug. It was very well wrapped in a clear wrap, pretty easy to take it on a plane. When my mom arrive to her house in Europe, she opened the rug and it was a HALF Shaped Rose (Half moon) So only half of the rose! I called to AllModern customer service and send the pictures and the order number. They apologized and resend me the same one for free. It took a few days to arrive to my post office, I immediately upgraded ($100 of my money) the shipping and sent it straight to my mom to Europe
When the rug arrived (January 2016) it was ANOTHER HALF SHAPE ROSE RUG! (Are u kidding me?)
So I called AGAIN and asked to speak to the supervisor, after I explained my situation and their multiple mistakes, the lady said that their website has the wrong images of the Rug. There are about 5 of them in different colors.
She said it suppose to be a "Half moon" instead of the "Full moon" rose, and that the website has wrong images and descriptions.
I just asked for a return of my $99.99 and I will never ever again purchase another item form this company.
Please be careful with this website, apparently they want you to have only half of your expectation:-)

AllModern STAY AWAY

I ordered a coffee table from Allmodern, but for the purpose of this review, the product doesn't matter.

After 2 weeks of my order, I kept seeing "in transit" when I tracked it. Figuring something was up I called them, and lone and behold, Allmodern lost the item in transit, and decided to issue me another new order. Soon after, they relocated the order, and cancelled the new order. If I had not followed up on my order, it would've been forever lost in cyberspace! Is there no avenue on their end to follow up on orders placed?

What I learned from that incident was the UNRELIABILITY of this company.

So I'm waiting for the order now, and anticipating it to be delivered within 2 weeks. What happens next? Yet another order that has been lost! A SECOND time! And now it is unable to be located so they issue me a completely new order!

The only saving grace this time is that there apparently was a drop in price of the product and they were going to issue me a refund of the difference. The problem was that I had initially purchased the table with a gift card, which has since expired. I had requested that the refund be issued onto another personal credit credit, which they agreed.

What did I learn from this? Again, that Allmodern's system is UNRELIABLE.

I receive an email few days later stating that they could not issue a refund to a credit card not previously used on the order, and stated that it was due to "security reasons," reasons they could not elaborate on. The alternate credit card I gave them is under MY name, under MY address, and through a US bank - how is it a security issue if the destination of the refund is known?

As a result, Allmodern (representative Amber B.) made the executive decision of refunding the difference to my expired gift card without contacting me for approval! The other alternative of refund was store credit (which ultimately doesn't help me because I do NOT plan on coming back to this company for orders), but store credit I could at least have access to, versus the EXPIRED gift card they refunded the amount to!

What did I learn from this incident - that Allmodern functions on their own terms!

After fuming at the billing representative, he finally agreed to "try" to issue me store credit. Apparently such a large, resourceful company has NO OTHER MEANS of returning MY money back to MYSELF (ie. Check, money order, etc).

Time will only tell if the store credit actually comes to me, for the aforementioned conclusions made regarding the company.

I will NEVER deal with this company again.

AllModern Disappointed with Allmodern's Pricing and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Allmodern and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item under a certain name, but when the box arrived, I noticed that it was the same brand that Walmart sells for over $100 less. That's a whopping 25% less! I also found out that the product was being sold on Allmodern's sister site, Wayfair, for about $80 less. I was really hoping to save some money by shopping on Allmodern, but it seems like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere.

To make matters worse, the product went on sale just four days after I received it. I reached out to Allmodern twice to see if they would price match or accept a return, but all I got was a "sorry you're disappointed" response. I haven't even opened the product yet, but I'm already feeling let down by the whole experience.

I thought that in this day and age, most companies would be willing to price match or at least accept a return if a customer wasn't satisfied. It's frustrating to feel like I'm stuck with a product that I could have gotten for much less elsewhere. I'm hoping that Allmodern will reconsider their policies in the future and offer better customer service to their shoppers.

AllModern Disappointing Policy Change: Allmodern.com No Longer Adjusts Prices

I recently made a purchase on Allmodern.com for a sectional and was excited to receive it. However, a few days later, I noticed that the price had gone down. Being a savvy shopper, I decided to call customer service and see if they could adjust the price for me. Unfortunately, I was informed that they had changed their policy and were no longer able to do so.

AllModern Disappointing Customer Service Experience with AllModern - Not Worth the Hassle

I recently made a purchase on AllModern, and boy was I in for a surprise! I bought three items that cost me over $2300, and just five days later, two of them had a price change. One of them went on sale, and the other had a reduction in the listed price. This was a total of almost $80 difference, which is not a small amount of money. I was hoping that AllModern would be able to price match, but unfortunately, they refused to do so. They told me that they couldn't cancel the order, but I could place another order with the new price. However, I would have to pay to return the first order.

I was really disappointed with the service I received from AllModern. They are affiliated with Wayfair, so I was expecting better customer service. I think it's important to wait for the sale before making a purchase on AllModern, and don't expect any good service. It's a shame that they couldn't price match, especially since I had just made the purchase.

Overall, I would say that AllModern is not the best place to shop if you're looking for good customer service. They may have some good deals, but it's not worth the hassle if you have to deal with their customer service. AllModern Disappointing Shipping and Refunds: My Allmodern Review

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Allmodern. The shipping is just plain bad, and don't even get me started on the refunds - they're practically non-existent! I had to fight tooth and nail just to get my money back for an order that never even arrived. And get this - it took over a month for the item to even ship in the first place! I mean, come on, I could have flown all the way to China, found the manufacturer, bought the item, and brought it back home in less time than it took for Allmodern to ship it to me. It's just ridiculous. Honestly, I hope this company goes under soon - they deserve it for their terrible service.

AllModern Disappointing Experience with Allmodern: Frustration with Order Processing and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Allmodern that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had ordered a light fixture from their website and received a notice that my order had been processed. However, after checking my bank account, I noticed that they had already taken the money out of my account. I waited patiently for the item to arrive, but it never did.

I tried reaching out to Allmodern several times via email and phone, but to no avail. I even waited on hold for a full hour, but no one ever picked up. I was confused when the phone automatically switched over to Wayfair, which I assume is the parent company, but still no one answered.

When I finally did get a response from Allmodern, they told me to check with the carrier. I did just that and spoke with FedEx, who informed me that they had received an order from Allmodern but never received a box to send. This left me feeling even more frustrated and confused.

I couldn't help but wonder if it was illegal for Allmodern to take my money before actually sending the item. It just didn't seem right to me.

Overall, my experience with Allmodern was not a positive one. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future to avoid situations like this.

AllModern Disappointing Experience with Allmodern: Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought a nightstand from Allmodern and when it arrived, I noticed a note on the bottom that said the product could expose me to chemicals like lead and lead compounds. This was a bit concerning to me, as I wasn't aware of this information when I made the purchase. I checked the item description and didn't see any mention of this warning, which was disappointing.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to inquire about returning the item, I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket. This seemed unfair to me, as I felt that the company should have been more transparent about the potential health risks associated with the product.

The customer service representative also mentioned that the chemicals in question were only harmful if consumed or if I lived in California. While this may be true, I still think it's important for companies to be upfront about any potential hazards associated with their products, regardless of where the customer lives.

AllModern Disappointed with Allmodern's Customer Service: No Email Contact Available

I finally gave in to the constant emails from Allmodern offering me free shipping and discounts. I placed my first order today and was disappointed to find out that I couldn't even contact them by email. What a bummer! I was really looking forward to taking advantage of their free shipping offer, but now I'm not so sure. This is just ridiculous and it's really making me reconsider buying from Allmodern or any of the other Wayfair companies associated with them.

I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is this? I can't even contact anyone via email to inquire about my order or ask any questions. It's just awful and it's really making me think twice about shopping with them again. I hope someone reads this and reaches out to me at my email address, which is listed on my account. I even have my telephone number listed, so they can call me if they need to.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Allmodern so far. I was really excited to finally make a purchase from them, but now I'm not so sure. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

AllModern Disappointing Experience with Allmodern: Poor Quality, Missing Parts, and Terrible Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Allmodern and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered an entertainment TV stand and was excited to receive it. However, it took an incredibly long time to arrive and when it finally did, it was missing some parts. I was quite frustrated with this, as I had been eagerly anticipating its arrival.

To make matters worse, the quality of the item was not up to par. It was cheaply made and definitely not worth the money I had spent on it. Putting it together was also quite a challenge, as the instructions were not very clear and it took me a while to figure out how to assemble it properly.

To add insult to injury, I found their customer service to be absolutely terrible. I tried calling several times to inquire about the missing parts and was left on hold for over an hour each time. It was incredibly frustrating and I felt like I was getting nowhere.

Overall, I would not recommend Allmodern to anyone. The quality of their products is subpar and their customer service is nonexistent. I wish I could give them zero stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

AllModern Disappointing Experience with Allmodern.com: Poor Customer Service and No Cancellation Policy

I recently had an experience with Allmodern.com that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had placed an order for a piece on a Sunday night, but by Monday morning at 9am, I had already seen a number of negative reviews about the site and similar ones. This made me feel uneasy about my purchase, so I decided to cancel the order.

Unfortunately, when I contacted All Modern to cancel, I was informed that the order had already been shipped. While they did offer to allow me to return the item once it had been processed, I was still frustrated that I couldn't cancel the order outright.

AllModern Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with AllModern

I recently made a purchase on AllModern's website and was pleased to find the perfect set of curtains that I had been searching for. The website was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for. However, I was disappointed to find out that despite the website and emails advertising free shipping, I was charged for shipping at checkout.

I reached out to AllModern's customer service team to inquire about the shipping charge and was told that the free shipping only applied to orders from Wayfair. AllModern Furniture, Shipping, Billing, Customer Service

Was in stock when I ordered.
So, On July 2nd I order a sectional. Money was taken from my account almost immediately. Email from the company says it takes time to setup freight etc and expected ship date is 7/18. I am ok with that, my wife really wants this sectional and we can wait. On the day it is to be delivered, we get an email that it is very popular and not in stock. Shipment has been delayed until 8/26. WHAT? It was in stock when I ordered it and money was exchanged. The I wait 17 days to find out it is delayed another month and a half. This is purely unacceptable. I will never shop with this company again.

AllModern Could be better

It all started in October, when I accidentally found Allmodern and decided to give it a try. They had that lovely flower shaped rug for $100. I made an order, the shipping was pretty fast, within a few days I received the rug. But when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed because it was a half shaped! So only half of the flower! I immediately contacted customer service. They apologized and sent me the same rug for free. It was another half shape flower rug! So I called them and was told that their website has the wrong images and descriptions of the Rug. So I sent everything back to them and received my refund. These people should upgrade their website! I will never order anything from Allmodern again.
