This company has a high pressure sales culture that cannot be trusted - DON’T BUY FROM THEM. They unreasonably expect their sales force to close a sale on the first visit regardless of the buyer’s situation. The windows are priced VERY high with big margins. Always, always, always tell them you are going to shop their price regardless of what they show you! Most importantly, buy from another company!

We had them give us a "free" quote on our bathroom telling them we didnt plan to remodel within the year but we were price shopping. That was a few months ago and I still get about 2 to 5 calls a day from them, my spam filter catches it as a robocaller. After they called me at 840pm one week night i called them back to tell them to stop calling me and i was forwarded to another person who again tried to pressure me to schedule another appointment with their sales lead "who would probably be able to work out a price that we COULD afford this year"... Still told them we couldnt afford it right now...theyve already cled me once today, friday, at 9:15am, twice wesnesday, and 6 times this most recent monday. Not leaving voicemails, just letting their robocall-back system harass people.
