All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air Abusive and exorbitantly priced service

I called this company to come out because a previous plumber had installed a shut off water valve to fridge water line incorrectly. I was informed All Pro bought them out yet the name on the web site is still O'Brien Plumbing. Turns out the are a major corp who just hires subs to do the work at whatever price they want. The guy who showed up was too large to crawl under the house so he wanted $268 just to change the water filter, which my nieghbor did for free in only 10 min. the plumber was rude, obnoxious and uncooperative. The office claimed no service charge but the guy said he didn't care what they told me he wanted a charge for the service call anyway. I would never do business with them and niether should you.

They send a plumber to fix a simple toilet leak and two weeks later, it was still broken...they couldn't find the part. All Pro Services in the dallas area were the vendors...they never answered their phone, didn't return my call, AHS called them and they said they were ordering a part...said it would be in at the latest in one week...it wasn't, my toilet is still broken. We've had AHS for years, we are canelling them. All Pro Plumbing and AHS SUCK!and I had to pay a $60 fee for nothing over and above the $600 we pay per home...we have three...
