Derrick and his crew are always nice and professional. They always do a great job for a fair price. Been using them for a few years now.

This company ain't reputable. The work is just okay and they're not honest and charge too much. Don't use 'em. They'll say you approved a work order when you never got one. And then comes the ***!

is super professional. He found and fixed 3 broken pipes in under 1 hour. He had everything he needed in his truck to finish the job. I was really surprised by how quick he was. If you want the job done right without paying too much, give *** at All In Plumbing a call.

I got sent to this company by my Home Warranty. I paid the deposit and nobody showed up to finish the job. I rescheduled my appointment and once again nobody showed up to finish the job. When I called for a refund, they told me I couldn't get one. Terrible treatment. Not helpful at all.

Beware! The bid didn't include a warranty or all the work that was asked for. They kept postponing the job many times. Showed up 90 mins after the scheduled start time. They wouldn't honor the bid within 24 hrs of it being signed by the company's founder. They yelled at the customer and didn't respond to written requests.

Derrick is a hard workin', honest, fair and all around great guy who knows his craft and business. I've used him for different plumbin' issues over the years in different houses and he's always fixed everything to perfection! I've called him for minor and major jobs. He always comes through. He's very kind, humble and professional. He knows what he's doin'.

First, let me tell ya that All In Plumbing didn't do nothin' at my crib. They just stopped gettin' back to me, which is hella unprofessional. They reached out to me on some business site and acted like they were interested in the gig. So, I called 'em up and set up a meetin' with ***. He came over and said they could handle the job and promised to give me an estimate in a few days. But guess what? After waitin' for weeks, *** never gave me that estimate. I called their office and they said either *** or *** would call me back within an hour. Well, that never happened. I reckon they never planned on doin' the job in the first place. *** wasted my time and energy, and neither him nor *** ever bothers to return calls. I ain't recommendin' this company, folks. There's plenty of other plumbers in *** who'll treat ya way better.

We contacted them to do an estimate / evaluate the problem / issue with a sewer system at my residence (clog). We paid a fee (100.00) to have a technician sent out to do exactly this. Once here the technician proceeded to “snake” the drain breaking the flap inside the pipe. This was a 5 minute job that took them 45 minutes. The company billed the amount of 340 for the unapproved 45 minutes of work. When asked who to make the check out to we were given a false business name. Since I’ve gained 2 estimates of the damage and cost of repairs for this damage the amounts ranged from 1950.00-3750.00. At this time due to the negligence of this company we refused to pay the amount of 340.00. We have been contacted many times now for payment and today (11/2/22) a lady’s shows up to my door refusing to telling me who she was with. She wouldn’t tell me why she was there, who she was with and her purpose for the visit. After several minutes of explaining I wanted her to leave unless she had more information she gave me a false name of who she was looking for and also a false name or name that match the original company name given when they came out. Once I obtained her address and fake name, she proceed to sit in front of my house for an extended period of time. This is beyond unprofessional, giving random company names, refusing to identify theirselves or the reason of visit, the fact they broke my drain and was not given permission to spend 45 minutes doing a 5 minute job, and the amount of harassment for 340.00 when they did 3000.00 worth of damage is again unreasonable and u professional. I’m tempted to sue for damages and repairs but I’m not sure at this time which company name to sue or have my attorney contact. The lady finally gave me the address and name to this business and claimed to be at my door on their behalf. If so this is horrible customer service, a very unprofessional approach, the fact she said wouldn’t ID herself, and the damage done.

A technition came to my home to install a faucet and a garbage disposal and soon after he left, I went to work for a few hours. I returned home to find that the piping under my kitchen sink was leaking; water was all over my floor and it had saturated the wood under my sink. Water was quickly dripping out of the valve that the technition replaced. I could see that water was also leaking inside my kitchen island through the corners and creases; water was also coming out from under my dishwasher, evidencing that water was leaking into my island. I put the biggest bucket I could find to stop the water from causing further damage. I called and texted the technition, who ignored my communications. Then I called the company and requested immediate assistance. A woman said she would send a technition out to fix the leak that night. That never happened, and every time I called that night, my calls were ignored and went to voicemail--and the company claims to be open 24 hours a day. I called the next morning, many times, and finally got someone on the line who said they'd have the owner call me back. That also never happened. I had to pack my 2 babies in my car and drive down to their storefront to complain and request assistance. The owner met me outside and drove to my house. While at my house, he admitted that his technition did the job wrong and "should have noticed the problem before he left." He kept apologizing. The owner and another technition spent 45 minutes redoing the work. They didn't offer a partial or full refund, nor did they offer to fix the water damage that had occurred as a result. I am angry at the lack of customer service and hurt that they delayed assisting me, which caused more leaking and more damage in my kitchen. I've got water damage and now, possibly mold growth in my island due to their faulty work. I want my money back, at a minimum, and if possible, I want them to test for mold, remediate the mold, and fix the water-damaged panels.
