My kids went on a safety plan in May of 2019, I had several tasks that I was asked to complete and I did all of them. My worker returned my kids then her supervisor told her that my kids has to remain on a safety plan till I go to court ! It's been a year and 3 months I still haven't got a court date my bondsman said it maybe 3 years but they are refusing to give me my children it's been several lies and I need this matter address can you please contact me at +[protected] my name is Brittney Cloy

Mandy layton is a bad case worker who would keep info and updates about the case from me. All she cared about the whole time was to make false accusation against me and to keep me away from my child. She was assigned to the case because of the mother drug habit and it quickly made it like I was bad person. But she talks and helps out the mother who is on drugs. She needs to be remove from dhr

These people snatched my children from me due to unfounded allegations and had me arrested after saying I had failed a urine drug screen. However the hair follicle test they did showed absolutely no drugs of any kind. They did not test the grandmother whom they called to pick these kids up or their father whom was under allegations of abuse and neglect at the time. They had me falsely arrested and are currently attempting to charge me with a child endangerment charge. It's absurd! They made many home visits in which my kids were left in my care and refused to help me get them into school when their father vanished. Yet when I was falsely accused they couldn't wait to snatch my children. This agency is supposed to help people. All they do is take children from their homes and put innocent people in jail. I will be bringing a lawsuit against the state of alabama department of human resources.

I am a public school teacher in good standing. My son and his 4 year old daughter lived eith me for 3 wonderful years, My son had custody. No complaints. Then my son had another child and DHR did not notify him and put the baby in foster care. My son went to Court for Custody and the social worker told him the Judge had ordered him to take a drug test. We later found out this was a lie. He took the test at 11:00 am and the SW filed a request for a pick up order at 12:53 stating that my son had tested positive for suboxone. It is not possible to have a positive result for at least 72 hours. We recently got these documents because DHR hid them from us. I beleive they may be fraudulent but the SW lied to the police and they broke in the house and took the 4 year old. She has been suffering in foster care for 18 months and the Family Court Judges and all attorneys are corrupt. They do nothing but put things off and give lame excuses as to why I can't have custody. Case worker Blake from Heflin office is rude and talks so fast I cannot understand half the questions. Every time we renew our food stamps he makes us provide a new rental statement. We have been living here 2 years. Also, I scheduled the appointment for Thursday, January 2 and he never called so I called this morning and set another appointment for today, now he is telling me he cannot process our claim until we give him yet another rental agreement and a new check stub for Friday, January 3. We already gave him 3 check stubs which covers 6 weeks of pay which should be sufficient.

Ms mayo and her partner treated me pretty bad and disrespectful yesterday when I went in the office yesterday and try to pay my son's child support. They have his ex cassie bozeman working in that office she is spreading all kinds of bad rumors about him and these women working in this office are eating all this stuff up and beleiving everything she is telling them. Me and my wife keep trying to set up food stamps to which we are informed there will be a phone call interview. They do not [censored]ing call us. Then send us a letter saying we missed our interview. This is our children that we are doing this for these lazy [censored] people are content with our kids not having assistance. That is unacceptable. One of your employees told us that we are having problems because we are caucasian and not african american. I do not see how or why that would matter when children are at stake. We are able to provide for our children but it is becoming difficult to continue our way of life. I demand action be taken to ensure that if we are being punished for being caucasian that this wrong will be corrected. This is sickening if its true our children are not old enough to understand racism therefore they will not be subjected too it.

May before last, 2017 I was at a school conference. Someone called police and dhr, claiming I appeared to be on drugs, I guess. They told me I was taking a drug screen, preventing me from leaving physically. I said SURE cause I knew the only thing in me was my medications that I do have prescriptions for. The "lab tech" they called her, had me pee in a Dixie cup, then, while obstructing my view purposefully, stuck an unwrapped, non-sterile, 10 panel, drug panel stick, in the cup. About 30 seconds later she spins around, dumps cup in toilet, crumples cup, drops it in trash, scurries out door of conference room calling dhr lady out there. A minute later they both sauntered back in room and casually say "well, you tested positive for meth". I exclaimed, [censored]! I told them that that test must be defective. They asked what do you expect us to do then. I said, either give me another test or send me to a lab right now and I'll prove it's wrong. They refused. They also refused to send my screen off for a ms/gs test which i was sure would have proven it to be false positive. So they took my kids, said if I could pass a screen in a week then they would give them back. Well, finally a month later they were forced to take them from safety plan person, because they said they couldn't take it any more. After they picked kids up from safety plan place, they came to my home and said if I could pass a test right now, with that same "tech", then they would release my children to me now, if not they go into foster care. Well, again, I knew I was clean so I was eager to put an end to this and hane my family back. Well, that "tech" followed the same procedure as the first time, and surprise, she claimed I failed again! So, until August, every couple visitations dhr would want their random drug screen, and I gradually became more aware and convinced that she was giving me contaminated drug screens. I was absolutely sure on the last test I complied to take from her. When she said I tested positive for everything on it except norco and xanax, which I take daily. So I knew, without a shadow of a doubt that she was pretending to test my pee with a test that she had already processed in dirty urine. So I refused to take any more screens from her because they are contaminated and I wasn't gonna keep giving dhr false evidence against me when I didn't do anything wrong. This went on until may 2018, when it was all over the new, Facebook, TV, national tv, that that same "tech" was being Indicted for falsifying drug screens and paternity tests for dale county dhr since 2016. I met with my case worker and her supervisor. Demanded my children. They said they'd have to review the file. I said go ahead, the only failed screens I've had were given by her, and I've been telling you since the very start that her tests were false. Well, they never did give my kids back, they suspended visitations because supposedly i 'kept' missing visits, without calling. I missed two, the first, my water pump went out on the way and I called Dominique immediately. Second, they called me and inform me that I have a visit in a day on a different day than every other visit, I told her when she called that my car is broke down and I can't get there tomorrow, not enough notice to arrange a ride. But she didn't tell my daughter or the first parents until they had showed up and waited for 45 minutes, then they didn't tell gabbi, they had get call me crying because she was really excited to see me since dhr or fosters had canceled our last 3 visits(without telling me until I drove 30 miles to be there), I had to tell my daughter that Dominique knew the day the visit was scheduled, that I had no way, and broke that girl's heart out of shear hate. They have hidden my son away from me half a state away nearly a year ago and 7 months ago she forbid him to call me either because of a mistake she made and he called her on it. I have complied with every asinine request and order dhr has demanded of me, a couple I even did twice cause their sources didn't report back to them. Even the final requirement that dhr said on June 18, 2019, the judge wad having his final hearing on this case, if I did comply with dhr completely, then he'd sign kids back to me, if not, he'd terminate my rights and put them up for adoption. This last requirement was, " get a stable home before we'll return your kids" which they never would explain to me what they meant by get a stable home, because I own my home, outright! That too me means we can't be evicted, ever, or foreclosed on, Ever. We'll never have to pack up and get uprooted ever again, right? Well, dhr never would give me a reason why my home, which is a 34ft Fleetwood pace arrow, a full sized rv with a separate bedroom, full kitchen, heat air, a whole home that I own, was not considered stable. First they tried to say, after they had already approved a one bedroom apartment as sufficient, that my rv wasn't appropriate because the kids didn't have their own room. I pointed out the gal had stated that we're could have a 1br apt if kids slept in room and I slept in living room, which I do. Then they tried to say, um uh uh um, it's Just not good enough, you gotta get an apt or hotel room paid monthly. I know what they were trying to do, make am impossible demand, so they could say I wasn't being compliant. You see, I'm on SSI, I only bring in 771 a month. And after dhr backed out of helping with deposits, as they had put in the ISP, then when I did manage to get a room at the motel I used to work for, by agreeing to pay 600 of my 770, in rent, plus watch office and clean rooms for free to cover the other 189 dollars of my months rent each month, i, inexplicably could not get in touch with either Dominique or her supervisor for 3 weeks until finally i got a ride 26 miles to their office and camped out until the supervisor, not realizing i was there, let somebody out from the back and i caught her, she said Dominique could be there Friday, two days later, to inspect my room. This puts my inspection the Friday before the"final"hearing on Tuesday. Well, i passed inspection, then she told me to go drug test at lab in dothan, I agreed, she left. Then I went and passed drug screen, they gave me carbon copy of results. I never heard anything on the 18th, or until I finally got supervisor on phone almost a week later, who then said, "we're never told you that, you got confused somehow" but she never said what was said in court. Since then I've tried numerous times to touch base with them, no answer, no call back, not even from my crap lawyer did I Gerry any correspondence until two days after the perm plan change hearings for each of my kids. Which in then informed, by my crap lawyer, that perm had been changed to long term foster care or adoption I find out a week later from my oldest daughter's step mom, because she's the only one with heart enough to explain why my daughter is mad with me. It's because at the hearing, which Dominique told them about so they were there, she said I was being noncompliant so change perm plan. So now my oldest thinks in not doing anything to save kids because I wasn't there, cause I wasn't notified, and they lied in me about compliance. If there is any way your department could help me get mu kids back, after all I've, we've been through and done to be back together when I didn't do anything wrong to start with, it was falsified drug screens, by a documented, prosecuted, "tech". Please, my family needs help from somebody, anybody, who wants to do the right thing by these kids and mysel, cause God knows, local she nor my crap lawyer give a f*** about any of us.

There is a concern of the kids living in this house. There is always an issue with fights and issues with adults. There is a lt of drinking and unlawful activity going on. Some nights the kids are left alone for lone periods of time and the smaller ones looked to be mal nutritioned. Please help these babies or get this mother help. I do not have any pictures or videos Just please help these kids. It's 5 of them and one has a learning disabilty it seems. I am a concerned neighbor.

She cut me and my friends daycare off I think she is racist she threatens people saying she will cut there child daycare off and she ask what kind of work we like we tell her but she gives us janitor work when we've asked to file papers or do computer work now we trying to work Nd our daycare is being cut off cause of her and I need to get in touch with someone who I can talk to about this this is like the 20th person who had gone through this with her we need someone else to take her spot that is not good business and we don't appreciate how we are being treat thanks and have a blessed day

I had a domestic violence but they was called an wanted to drug test me I peed once an the cup dropped in the toilet an I said I want do do another one til my lawyer is present an they took my kids an than they was on the safety plane an I was with the safety plane to go get my kids from daycare an she an they came took my kids an put them they custody an I don't even know where my kids are

Alabama department of Human Resources is using their office to harrass me and my two disabled children. To get me to cooperate with the system they lied and took the kids and put them 6 hours away so I couldn't be in their life. Department of Human Resources of Mobile County denied me access to my child and placed him somewhere he can't get any love

I have an open dhr case. I have done everything by the book no failed drug test completed all classes got a place to live on my own. All because I told a lie about caring for my boyfriend who was paralyzed and had a stroke my worker is trying to terminate me. My kid went to Foster Care in December they are telling me my year is up. My visits are always cancelled I never got to talk to my kids on the phone were never informed of Dr appointment and that I could go. Please help.

Case Worker Jessica Hindman trying to take my grandson. My daughter let a friend use her car to take her cousin and her two children home . They got stop by police . They saw her cousin shove something under her seat. The searched found a meth pipe . The cousin lied she was arrested . They placed her children with her dad. She tells them it was my daughters. My daughter and her sons were home asleep . DHR Jessica Hindman shows up a couple days later and is threatening to take my grandsons because it was my daughters car! She and others have completely harassed my daughter her boys, myself, friends and employers. My grandson hide when they see a vehicle that even looks like hers! This kind of behavior should not be tolerated yet the DHR office here condones it! I won't this office to quit. It's not right for these boys to be scared! They do not help anyone, all they do is take children!
