I'm so mad at Al Piemonte Chevy! They tried to pull a fast one on me by adding a $2000 detail job to my car purchase. Like, seriously? That should be included in the price already! I went to two of their dealerships and they were both doing this shady stuff. I was paying full price for the car, but they still wanted to be greedy and add on these ridiculous charges. Don't go to any of their dealerships if this is how they're gonna do business.

9/12/2022, the cost was $39,900, but when we got to the dealer, the out-the-door price was $58,917.46! The second truck listed at $40,900 was now $61,121.06! Can you believe it? It's a total scam! We found two trucks on Carguru and went to Al Piemonte's website on 9/12 to view them. We contacted the dealer and spoke with a manager named *** to set up a time to see both. We gave her a description of both trucks with color, miles, pricing, etc. that was listed on their website. She said both were available but not at the location because the dealers had them out. On Tuesday, one was there but not the other since one dealer was off. We reminded her that we had an hour drive away and wanted to see both. We asked to see them on Wednesday, but she said that was her day off. We agreed to meet Thursday morning. She warned us it could be busy because of a promotion. We took both trucks for a test drive and then asked for the out-the-door price on both. She informed her manager that we had been talking about both trucks this week, and he was aware of the advertised costs. We were shocked when she gave us these increased costs from her manager. Wow! What a promotion! We left in disgust.

I drove over an hour to Al Piemonte Chevy to get my car checked because the stabilitrak light was on. I talked to a mechanic and told him about the problem and that I had an extended warranty. I asked if it would be covered and he said they had to diagnose it first. If it wasn't covered, I would have to pay $143. I waited for 2 hours and they told me everything that was wrong except for the stabilitrak light. They also said my warranty expired months ago. I don't understand why they didn't tell me this before they looked at my car. I wasted $160 for nothing. The supervisor didn't understand that I wouldn't have come if I knew I didn't have a warranty. He said the price was the same as other shops. A sales lady tried to get me to refinance my truck. I wouldn't recommend this place. Zero stars.

This dealership is a scam. They send out flyers saying "YOU WON $7500 or a Polaris UTV" but it's all fake. They only have a few real winners and don't even check. You call them and they say you won, but when you go to claim your prize, they try to sell you a car. They offer 0% APR and no money down, but they charge you much more for the car than it's worth. If you have a trade-in, they give you a little more for it, but then they charge you even more when you finance. It's really crappy business tactics. They're hurting the local community around them. My girlfriend was crying because she thought she won and it would have been life-changing for her. This is not how you conduct good business. They should be held accountable for their behavior.

I had some problems with this dealer. First, they got the odometer reading wrong on my paperwork, so I had to go back and fix it. Second, they told me that the fuel filler neck was covered under warranty, but it wasn't because the warranty started eight months before I bought the car. They sold it to me as new, but it was actually a loaner. When I complained, they gave me service credit to cover the cost, but only after I threatened to sue them. Third, they don't include the cost of the recommended 4x4 service in the price of their 50k mile service, unlike their competitors. When I took my truck in, they told me it would cost $600 for service plus an additional $399 for 4x4 service, which is way more than other Chevy dealers in the area. Fourth, when I posted a review about my experiences, the general sales manager (Nick) called me and threatened to take away my credit from item #2 unless I took down all my negative reviews. He even threatened to put a lien on my car. This is illegal and goes against my right to free speech. I don't trust this dealer and won't buy from them again. Make sure you get everything in writing before dealing with them.

This car place had a promo that sent out a flyer with scratch off circles for winning a prize. The promo said: "No gimmicks", "no pressure selling", "no purchase necessary." Just scratch off and win. So I scratched off my circles and revealed a prize of $7500 or a Ranger Polaris. It instructed me to call the number on the flyer immediately. When I did, I was asked for the invitation code on the flyer and the person said, Congrats!, you are a verified winner. I asked,"is this real?", and she said yes! just bring in the flyer and your driver's license to claim the prize. So i went to the car place and immediately I was greeted by someone who led me to a seat and proceeded to try and sell me something. after indicating that I was not looking for another car, he led me to the prize board. I said, pointing to the flyer, "but this is the prize I won." He took the flyer and kept walking and showed me a board that was turned backwards so that customers coming in couldn't see. He then said, "so these are the winning numbers for the prize shown on the flyer. What you have won is $2 in lottery tickets." I said, " no, I've won the $7500. He then said, you are a winner but your code doesn't match the winning codes shown here. Bottom line, they are running a scam to try and get you into the car place to up-sale you on a car. This was a clever bait and switch scheme and I have to say I was skeptical but thought I'd see it through. Maybe for once someone would be honest. I left there letting them know that this was dishonest and they should be ashamed of themselves. NOW, when the time comes and I do need a new car, I wouldn't think of going to this car place. Instead of building good feelings, this has done the opposite. I will tell all my friends about this scheme. I think they should be down rated for these shenanigans! Less than a star.

I went to Al Piemonte Chevy for an oil change and asked them to check a noise on my front tire. They said they would charge me for a diagnostic, so I declined. I called to check if the car was ready and reminded them to only do the oil change. However, they charged me $160 for a diagnostic I didn't want. My fianc picked up the car and they made her pay the fee. It's not fair to charge for a service I didn't agree to. Al Piemonte Chevy shouldn't take advantage of people like that. They're lucky I wasn't there or I would have given them a piece of my mind.
