Do not believe Alhannah
I am very disappointed with this website and their service. In the past I ordered from another site but their prices increased so I decided to find another store and found Alhannah. I really liked the prices and decided to give it a try. I purchased an outfit from them and when it arrived it was too small. I wanted to return it and get a replacement or a refund, but Alhannah customer service did not reply to my emails. When I called their rep said that I need to send them a message and someone will contact me back later, but that did not happen. Do not believe Alhannah and don't order from them!
Horrible company and customer services
I ordered prayer rug from the company www.alhannah.com. My experience was horrible. It took about 5 days to process my order, after that I checked the status, but it wasn’t ship yet. I tried to reach the rep, but he didn’t reply. I was really disappointed. I wanted to ask for help. Maybe someone can advise me what to do and how to get money back. Please, post comments. Thanks.
